The console version of Once Human is launching soon — see you in Nalcott!

Dear Metas,

We are excited to announce that the console version of Once Human will officially launch on August 25 at 11:00 (PT) on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S. At that time, Metas on console platforms will be able to officially enter this open world where anomalies and survival intertwine, and embark on their own Nalcott journey.

1. Console Launch Event Preview

To celebrate the official launch of the console version, we have also prepared multiple launch events for Metas. You can participate in the relevant events through the in-game event page and claim launch benefits.

1. Global Heat Event

Metas across all platforms work together to accumulate Heat Points. Reach progress milestones to claim rewards including Starchrom, Stardust Secret Crate: S14 (Epic), the limited Vehicle Skin "Pyro Dino", and more.

2. Bonus Check-In Event

After the console version launches, Metas can participate in the launch check-in event. Log in and check in daily to claim gifts such as Stardust Secret Crate: S14 (Legendary) and Lightforge Ingot. On the 7th day, an exclusive grand prize awaits—the Epic cosmetic "Azure Glint - Blade".

3. Gather Friends Event

During the console launch period, we will also be hosting friend gathering events. Metas can invite friends and stay active to accumulate hatch attempts for the Surprise Egg, obtaining rewards such as the Shiny Mod Selection Crate, the Epic cosmetic "Iron Fist Lord", and the Epic cosmetic "Azure Glint - Heavy Weapon".

This Gather Friends event has received interface optimizations, with milestone rewards reworked and new redeemable items added to the Shop. Event rewards include generous rewards such as the Epic cosmetics “Crimson Alert” and “Loyal Guardian Headwear”. Everyone is welcome to participate.

4. Console Feedback Event

After the console version officially launches, we will also launch a console feedback event. We welcome you to submit any bugs, control issues, compatibility issues, or any suggestions about the console version experience through the feedback event.

The dev team will promptly review everyone's feedback and grant corresponding rewards to Metas who submit valid feedback. We also look forward to continuously optimizing the console version's controls, performance, and overall experience based on your real experiences.

II. Cross-Platform Data Interconnection and Account Linking Instructions

Once Human supports cross-platform data interconnection. You can link your console account with an existing PC/mobile account to play on different platforms and share data.

If you have already played Once Human on PC or mobile, we recommend logging in via PC or mobile and going to \[Settings - Account] to complete the linking in advance. You can also complete the linking after the console version launches by clicking the upper-right corner of the login screen before creating a new character, so as to avoid incorrect linking affecting your character ownership or reward claims.

If you are playing Once Human on console for the first time and expect to play across PC/mobile platforms in the future, we recommend completing the linking by going to \[Settings - Account] on the console. You can also go directly to the NetEase Loading Bay, or use your console account to authorize login on mobile to complete linking.

Note: Account linking is not the same as account merging. We cannot merge the progress of two accounts that both have characters and retain all characters. If both linked accounts have characters and meet the relevant conditions, the system will display the character information from the account that was most recently played. You will need to choose to keep all characters under one account; all characters under the other account will be discarded. Please proceed with caution.

III. Reward Carryover and Claiming During the Test Period

Accounts that participated in the console test can sign in to their corresponding console platform accounts after the console version officially launches, and go to the "Exclusive Event - Console Test Exclusive Rewards Carryover" page to check and claim the inherited rewards from the test period. The reward claiming event ends on August 25, 2027.

Please note:

Carryover rewards can only be claimed once per account. Before claiming, please confirm that your current character is the one you intend to receive the rewards; reward claiming is not available in RaidZone.

Linking your console account with accounts on other platforms will not affect the claiming of carryover rewards. To avoid potential claiming issues caused by account linking, we recommend that you claim your rewards after completing the account linking.

If you encounter any reward claiming issues (such as not seeing the corresponding event entry after the launch, or not receiving rewards), or have questions about your eligibility, please provide feedback to us via the in-game Customer Service or the Feedback Platform. (Once Human Feedback Platform)

IV. Console Membership and Pre-order Bundle Distribution

After the console version launches, console membership benefits and pre-order bundle rewards will be distributed gradually according to the corresponding rules. Metas who have already purchased or meet the claiming requirements can claim them via in-game mail after completing the beginner tutorial. Please keep an eye on the in-game mail on the scenario server.

If you do not receive the corresponding rewards properly after the launch, you can submit feedback to us via the in-game Customer Service or the Feedback Platform, and we will assist in verifying the issue.

V. Console Version: A New Journey

The console version launch is an important step for Once Human in reaching more platforms. We hope console players can also experience the rich content that Nalcott offers—free exploration, Deviation securement, territory building, multiplayer cooperation, and scenario seasons.
