From June 23 to July 8, you can meet Jirachi at any rebuilt Pokémon Center. You must chat with them at some point during this timeframe to begin the unlocking process. Build a habitat for Jirachi. You can technically complete this step during or after the event as long as you have the items to make it, but to ensure you’re able to get Jirachi as fast as possible, it’s best to set it up while the event is active. Jirachi requires a special Surrounded by Stars habitat to live in. Wait for the event to end. Jirachi is busy selling you rewards while the event is active, so you have to wait for it to be over before you can have them move in.
