Final Fantasy Resonance Teases Further Story Details & Completionist Challenges
With two months to go before the release of Final Fantasy Resonance, the first HD-2D game in the storied franchise, Square Enix has released further teases on the characters and factions of the world, as well as some of the endgame challenges that await aspiring completionists. Final Fantasy Resonance is an offline adaptation of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius‘ first story arc, fully reimagining it as a standalone console RPG. Throughout its story, newcomers and Brave Exvius alumni alike will visit the nation of Zoldaad, home of the Fire Crystal and an expanding, magitek-enhanced military that grows ever more tyrannical. Here they will meet Jake, leader of a rebellion against the Zoldaad Empire, and recruit his gambler-esque skills to their cause. The journey will also take players to the mystical nation of Mysidia.
