KEPLER 186F EARLY ACCESS - V0.1.0.99 - HOTFIX

Hello, crisis management bots!We've been reviewing save games, bug reports, and feedback, and have just released a new hotfix patch primarily addressing stability and persistence issues. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the stability of Kepler 186F.Fixes & ImprovementsAdded a new Power skill: No more item drop upon death.Added a new item: Shield. Holding a shield creates a defensive field and rapidly consumes your power, but in return, it grants immunity to all ranged damage. It can be crafted, requires a large amount of materials, but has no durability.Added some voice tutorial prompts for the initial outpost.Fixed an issue where robot companions caused a sharp drop in performance on bright surfaces.Fixed an issue where save points would cause camera block issues.Fixed an issue where drones would still explode even with more than 20% power.Fixed an issue where drones could not be deployed when power was below 20%.Fixed an issue where signal node outlines were incorrect.Robot companions can now be deployed anytime, anywhere using a quick action (requires at least unlocking the first tier of the Power skill). Deployment will continuously consume your power, and you can interact with them to stop them from following. When a robot companion is not following, it will not consume your power or craft anything for you. Robot companions will self-destruct when a player's battery drops below 20%.Death drops now display coordinates.Improved vehicle skill unlock locations; vehicle deployment is now unlocked faster.Improved pressure plate firing indicators.Improved Dark Side communication station performance, increasing FPS by approximately 2.Improved Store Page descriptions, emphasizing adventure and puzzle elements.Improved landing sway.Improved player turning during portal teleportation.Improved loading logic for the Bright Side map, increasing FPS by approximately 10.Improved lighting logic; all lights now automatically turn on or off based on player location, increasing FPS by approximately 5.Significantly increased skill experience rewards at the end of the Dark Side initial mission.As always, your reports help guide these fixes. Fixes & Improvements
