KEPLER 186F EARLY ACCESS - V0.1.1.04 - SIEGE MODE
Hello, crisis management bots!We've been reviewing save games, bug reports, and feedback, and have just released a new major updates patch primarily addressing stability and persistence issues. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the stability of Kepler 186F.New Gamemode: SIEGE MODEThe Siege Mode is a very special gameplay mode, a battle of attack and defense before heading to the space station on the Bright Side map. In this mode, you need to survive for 20 minutes; you cannot die during this time, as death resets your progress.Watch the video in action:During these 20 minutes, you must collect as much ammunition and purchase equipment as possible to fight the firewall BOSS that appears after 20 minutes. In addition, you can deploy turrets in the locations you want:Alternatively, you can fight the enemy forces alone:Until the final battle to the death with the BOSS:Furthermore, the boss will only target you, and all NPCs will not attack the boss proactively (note that stray bullets from both enemies and allies can still damage the boss).After completing the SIEGE MODE once on the Bright Side map, you can directly enter the Siege Mode from the main menu.Fixes & ImprovementsAdded Siege ModeAdded button indicators for upgrading weapons while holding themAdded a new Steam achievement: BOSS SlayerAdded a new Bright Side Map mission: Before Heading to SpaceAdded a new Bright Side Map areaImproved the Bright Side Map Beacon missions; the third stage is now a separate mission.Improved map loading logic; loading is now faster.Improved building effects.Improved death loot logic; if no loot is collected within 4 minutes, it will be destroyed.As always, your reports help guide these fixes.
