How to unlock the Tadpole in Subnautica 2

The Tadpole is an amazing vehicle we can use for our deep-sea exploration in Subnautica 2. It allows us to explore the true depths that's not possible otherwise. But first, you'll need to unlock the blueprint fragments.Tadpole blueprint fragment locations in Subnautica 2 To unlock the Tadpole, you'll need to find three blueprint fragments. These fragments have different locations. However, I have chosen the best spots where you're relatively safe from any predators or environmental hazards. You'll need a bigger oxygen tank since that's the only worry. Screenshot by Destructoid To find the location, we will have to head towards 190 degrees on the compass. The location is approximately 145m away from the lifepod, at an approximate depth of 90m. Your first indication will be the coral reef in the image above, which has debris to its left. Screenshot by Destructoid Go past the reef, and dive deep. You'll come across a crash site with the first part. Scan the fragment, and return to the surface to refill your oxygen. Screenshot by Destructoid Next, dive at the same spot, and turn right. You'll want to follow the path that goes right until it ends. Turn right, and you'll find a hatch with a room inside. Head inside, and you'll be able to refill your oxygen. More importantly, the second tadpole blueprint fragment is on a shelf against the wall. Screenshot by Destructoid Head outside, and go straight. You'll find a massive coral reef, and the final blueprint will be at its foot. Screenshot by Destructoid A note of caution: this coral is located quite deep, and you'll run out of your oxygen more quickly. Hence, have backup plans so that you can reach the surface immediately. You should also save immediately after finding the third and final fragment. The post How to unlock the Tadpole in Subnautica 2 appeared first on Destructoid.
