As gamers anxiously awaited Gamescom ONL 2026, they were finally treated to a plethora of new announcements and trailers. The first came from Genshin Impact creator HoYoverse that looks bigger and bolder than ever before. Announced on the Opening Night Live showfloor, host Geoff Keighley described Nodus Fall as a game where “players take on the role of a weaver in a world where divine authority has crumbled and order has collapsed, and must “stand as one” to defeat mythic beings using close coordination and sharp tactics.” While the trailer was light on details, it did provide a guided look at gameplay—focusing on intense action against big bosses.
