Greetings, Star Guardians.This is PD Koo of .We would like to sincerely thank you for the great interest and support you have shown for , which was first introduced on PlayStation®5 and Steam. After a long period of anticipation, it is truly meaningful for all of us on the development team to meet our Star Guardians again in Britannia.Since launch, many of you have taken the time to play the game and share your feedback. Alongside insights from the community and various in-game and external data, we have been closely reviewing the overall player experience. Through this process, we have identified several areas where Star Guardians who began their journey with high expectations have experienced inconvenience. We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide a stable and comfortable gameplay environment for our Star Guardians who have been waiting for for a long time.We have identified multiple issues, including intermittent crashes, that negatively impact the gameplay experience. As a result, our development team is prioritizing identifying the causes and implementing improvements as our highest priority.We are reviewing both the feedback you have shared and gameplay data, and will work to address these issues as quickly as possible. In particular, we are preparing to implement improvements for items that can be prioritized in time for the Grand Launch.■ Planned ImprovementsOur development team is currently focusing on addressing the areas that Star Guardians have found most inconvenient during actual gameplay. The items listed below are those for which the causes have been identified and are scheduled to be prioritized for improvement. An issue where a purple screen appears during gameplay, preventing further progress3. An issue where the clear time for ‘Boss Challenge’ is reset upon reconnecting to the game4. An issue where certain missions in the \[Meliodas Growth Mission Bundle Ⅰ] were not immediately reflected in the UI after completing ‘Reach Shared Mastery Lv. 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 with Meliodas’ missions when enhancing to Lv. 30.5. Adjustments to Early-Stage Growth Resource BalanceWe have identified internally that many Star Guardians are experiencing difficulty acquiring the resources needed for hero growth during the early stages of gameplay.As the difficulty increases in certain sections while progressing through the Main Quest, we have found that Stamina may be depleted in advance, making it more difficult to sustain growth. In particular, we have also confirmed that the burden felt during the Mastery Growth stage, which serves as a core foundation for overall progression, is relatively high.In response, our development team is currently reviewing the overall difficulty balance of the Main Quest based on progression flow and failure rates across all sections. ✦ Improvements Scheduled for the Grand Launch on March 23 (Mon) (UTC)

The following items are currently being addressed and are scheduled to be improved in time for the Grand Launch on March 23 (Mon).

1. An issue where the ‘Controller’ shortcut settings reset upon reconnecting to the game on PlayStation®5 after being configured

2. An issue where shortcut settings in the Preferences menu appear to be reset upon reconnecting to the game after configuring ‘Keyboard/Mouse’ and ‘Controller’ shortcuts on PC

3. An issue where game progress becomes impossible if the player dies during the ‘Orgot’ boss challenge, and the boss challenge does not reset

4. An issue where the remaining time for the \[Exclusive Skin - Sacred Treasure: Demon Sword Lostvayne] banner is displayed as April 8 (Wed) 00:00 (UTC+9)

5. An issue where the character switch key may not be recognized properly during the tutorial

6. An issue where crashes may occur repeatedly in certain situations

- Based on feedback from our Star Guardians, we are carefully reviewing each case internally and are working to resolve these issues progressively.

7. An issue where characters intermittently fall endlessly below the ground

- We have identified an issue where characters may be moved to an unintended location upon reconnecting to the game, and a fix is planned.


8. An issue where progression may become impossible even after completing the conditions for Path of Exploration and Daily Missions in certain cases

As the items outlined above are closely tied to the stability of the early gameplay experience, we will do our utmost to address them as quickly as possible and provide a more stable environment for our Star Guardians.

■ Additional Items Under Review

In addition to the items currently scheduled for improvement, we are also carefully reviewing other issues that have been identified through various channels.

While some items can be addressed relatively quickly, others require more time to identify the cause and complete an internal review. However, rather than delaying our response simply because more time is needed, we are working to understand the inconvenience our Star Guardians are experiencing as quickly as possible and to organize our response plans progressively.

The additional items currently under review are listed below.

1. An issue where certain inputs do not function properly when using a keyboard or controller

- We are aware that Star Guardians have been sharing feedback regarding control responsiveness due to an issue where certain inputs do not register properly when using a keyboard or controller.

As this issue is causing inconvenience for many Star Guardians, we are prioritizing the investigation into its cause and will do our utmost to improve it as quickly as possible once the cause has been confirmed.

2. An issue where Act 7-16 'Taste Test' may be completed properly

- We have identified an intermittent issue in the quest that requires consuming the Tyrant Dragon item through the Eat Scraps skill while riding Spring Picnic Hawk, where the quest may not be marked as complete even after the objective has been fulfilled. We are currently investigating the cause internally.

We will continue to carefully review the feedback shared across various communities and work to improve not only individual issues, but also the overall completeness of the gameplay experience.

■ Survey Announcement for Improving the Gameplay Experience

In addition to the issues mentioned above, our development team would like to gain a deeper understanding of the overall gameplay experience that Star Guardians are encountering from a wider range of perspectives.

In line with the maintenance scheduled for March 23 (Mon), we are preparing a survey focused on the gameplay experience to more directly hear your feedback regarding your experience and any inconveniences you may have encountered while playing the game.

We kindly invite you to freely share any difficulties, inconveniences, or areas you feel could be improved while playing . All feedback you provide will be carefully reviewed, and we will continue striving to deliver a better gameplay experience.
