Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone drop mid-season content

FPS fans can gear up and join when the Mid-Season update (Season 05 Reloaded) arrives in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone on August 20 at 9 a.m. Pacific time across all platforms.

Season 05 Reloaded keeps the action hot throughout the remainder of summer, highlighted by the grand finale of the Black Ops 7 Zombies storyline with the arrival of Rex Infernus.

In multiplayer, players can fight their way through a Nuketown-inspired pinball machine in Turbo Tilt and put your movement skills to the test in a brand-new Freerun course.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, players can engage in vehicular combat while Endgame continues to challenge Operators with the Burn Run Assignment.

Plus, players can unlock new attachments and the Mace Melee Weapon through additional weekly challenges, earn rewards across new in-game events, and more.

You can seak out the skull icon on your Tac Map and head to the site where you’ll find a
Guild-rigged UTV ready to go. Climb inside and race the clock to the end, driving through checkpoints while facing enemies and obstacles on the road.

Hitting enemies and obstacles will add more seconds to the clock but watch out for the state of your vehicle. Pick up Repair power-ups along the way to keep the car from falling apart, and grab Boost power-ups to get ahead in the race.

At the start of Season 06, Endgame will no longer be accessible via the Call of Duty: Warzone menu and will be available only to Black Ops 7 owners.

Multiplayer Maps: Battle inside a massive pinball machine built from iconic Nuketown history as bumpers, ramps, and targets come alive in the brand-new Turbo Tilt Multiplayer map. Explore obstacles and locations from the infamous cul-de-sac while striving for a high score.

Plus, undertake a new obstacle course in Freerun: Descent, offering rewards to Operators who prove their skill across seven zones of escalating mobility challenges.

Cranked Returns: In Cranked Moshpit, eliminate enemies to earn Operator buffs and start the Cranked timer. Keep slaying and stay on the objective to keep the timer, and your life, from running out.

Era Rampage pinball machine hosted by Archie Atom. This fun-sized map is packed with callouts to the infamous cul-de-sac, including the Bus, a view from the House, the desert landscape, and the blast itself in the center where a mushroom cloud rises over action.

From your scaled down perspective, marvel at the guts of the machine as you battle between open play spaces and the mechanisms running the game. In this homage to Nuketown, prepare for constant battle, using the map’s ramps, bumpers, and other features to stay ahead of the competition and reach that high score.

There’s no rest for the weary as The Guild introduces a second Freerun Descent obstacle course, in this case challenging Operators on a timed descent across seven zones with multiple checkpoints.

Each course run pits a team of ten Operators in a race to the finish, with every zone presenting its own unique challenges. From Wall Jumps to slides, Wingsuit sections, target training, Grappling Gun segments, and more, players must prove their total mastery over every obstacle. To keep the action moving, look for boost pads, portals, and shortcuts, anything to
get ahead.

Operators who fall off the course will acquire a fault and respawn at their last obtained checkpoint. Balance speed with precision to keep your total number of faults low, especially when going for the “Gridlock” Universal Weapon Camo.

Your life ends when the timer does in Cranked, the action-packed game mode where eliminating enemies activates Cranked mode, awarding Operator buffs while setting the timer in motion. Keep slaying and playing the objective to add more time. Hit zero and you explode.

Stand up to deadly Deathspinners and the Web Mother, swarming the crew with a mix of
melee attacks and ranged web projectiles. Smash foes to pieces with the aid of the new Titan Trap and earn rewards while taking on the Main Quest in Standard and Cursed Mode.

You can trap enemies in an explosion of webs with the new Widow’s Wine Perk-a-Cola and greatly empower your weapon with the Fully Packed Ultra GobbleGum. Dig through the Mystery Box in Rex Infernus for the chance to earn the new TR2 Marksman Rifle and
Olympia Shotgun legacy weapons.

As reality stands on the cusp of destruction, the crew face their ultimate challenge. Cleanse the Shadowsmith places of power, find the Warden’s inner sanctum, and put an end to his loathsome existence.

Everything has led to this point, but does the crew have what it takes to finish the job and save reality? Answer the call to find out. There’s little known about Rex Infernus.

Prepare for a tough fight when Deathspinners approach. These deadly creatures move quickly, strike fast, and use numbers to overwhelm the crew. They can also use a ranged web projectile that slows affected crew members. One on one, they’re not so bad, but watch out when they swarm.

If you think Deathspinners are frightening, wait until you run into the Web Mother. Try to keep your wits about you as the Web Mother screams and lunges, using copious amounts of webbing to damage and slow the crew while cocooning zombies transforming them into environmental hazards.

The Titan Trap draws in nearby zombies and smashes them to pieces. Pummel the enemy with the Titan Trap, calling upon the powerful force to slam their fists into the ground, damaging and disrupting zombies caught in the impact. Get out of the way fast when activating this trap or risk getting damaged by the Titan’s flurry hits.

The Main Quest for Rex Infernus will be available for play when the map releases with Season 05 Reloaded on August 20 at 9 a.m. Pacific time.

Prove you have what it takes to defeat the Warden’s horde in even the most difficult situations with Cursed mode on Rex Infernus, offering no Main Quest guidance and a limited HUD and starting Pistol.

custom Loadout weapons equipped from the start and during redeploys.

Perks, however, can only be earned through eliminations. Rack up enough kills to unlock the Specialist Perk and gain a powerful advantage as the match progresses.

You can reduce your squad’s redeployment time in Resurgence with the Quickdrop Kit and earn new Weapon Camos by shooting down the Special Delivery Drone.

Get back into the fight more quickly with the Quickdrop Kit, a stackable reward that reduces your squad’s redeployment time in Resurgence matches. Before acquiring the valuable item, you’ll first need to prove yourself by completing a Most Wanted Contract. Live through the ordeal to earn the Quickdrop Kit and maximize your squad’s time in the match.

You can look to the skies for the rare Special Delivery Drone. Ground it for the chance to earn new Weapon Camos available across Verdansk and Avalon in Battle Royale and Battle Royale Casual, and the “War Machine” Weapon Camo available in Resurgence and Resurgence Casual.
