You'll have six charismatic NPCs to find on your journey in the early access version, and they all have different uses. All six of them perform important roles, but first, let's figure out how you can find and recruit them. How to recruit all NPCs in Windrose In Windrose, some NPCs are introduced naturally as part of different quests. For the rest, you'll need to complete a few extra steps. The table below has all the important information you'll need to recruit these NPCs, along with their respective professions. Rosalinda doubles clay bottle production and offers a 30% chance to craft an extra elixir among other bonuses. Mortar JoeLocated at the Brethren of Coast's base, you can hire Mortar for 500 Piastre. He will increase your Gunpowder production by 50%. Since Windrose is in early access, there's always a chance for the game to add more NPCs down the line as new quests are introduced to the game. How to recruit all NPCs in Windrose
