About Workers (Staffs)

First of all, we'd like you to know that we read each and every one of your feedback messages and take them into consideration. ❤️ How Workers OperateThere is one important rule for workers:Workers will try to use all the tools and equipment they can find in order to produce their products as quickly as possible.That's why it's very important to leave empty/clean equipment for your workers to function properly. Required Equipment per Worker ???? Botanists: Empty pots, empty bud baskets, lights turned on ???? Gunsmiths: Empty printers, empty workbenches ⚗️ Chemists: Empty extract distiller, empty extract dropper ???? Counterfeiters: Empty printer, empty guillotine cutter, empty drying machine ExampleIf you leave the bud baskets on the scene full, or if you pick even a single bud from a plant that the botanist is supposed to harvest, the worker will assume you want to do the job yourself and will interrupt their own work.Also they are showing why they are not working on the Staffing Hub. An example; no available pot, no available printer... How Workers Operate

There is one important rule for workers:
Workers will try to use all the tools and equipment they can find in order to produce their products as quickly as possible.
That's why it's very important to leave empty/clean equipment for your workers to function properly.

Required Equipment per Worker

???? Botanists: Empty pots, empty bud baskets, lights turned on
???? Gunsmiths: Empty printers, empty workbenches
⚗️ Chemists: Empty extract distiller, empty extract dropper
???? Counterfeiters: Empty printer, empty guillotine cutter, empty drying machine

Example

If you leave the bud baskets on the scene full, or if you pick even a single bud from a plant that the botanist is supposed to harvest, the worker will assume you want to do the job yourself and will interrupt their own work.

Also they are showing why they are not working on the Staffing Hub. An example; no available pot, no available printer...

We are still working on improvements to the worker system and will resolve all issues as soon as possible.
