Investigate the mystery island for the Swirling Flower Petal Winds Moana spotted Swirling Flower Petal Winds around the island, and is certain they'll help you figure out what's going on, so you need to track this mysterious phenomenon down. From where you landed on the island with the boat, head straight past the crafting station and down the beach slightly. Stop when you spot a lone rock on your right, and turn and walk up the hill right behind it. At the top of this hill, you'll find the Swirling Flower Petal Winds. Chat with Moana next to the mysterious wind to discuss what comes next. She asks you to talk to the wind just like she does with the ocean, so select any of the dialogue options available to you to progress.
