Greetings, Star Guardians.We would like to inform you of the currently known issues in the game.We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.Please refer to the details below for more information.※ Last Updated: June 25, 2026 (Thu)✦ Known Issues- An issue where equipment with a Quality over 130 cannot be refined - An issue where event quests may intermittently not progress after entering the ‘Spray Island’ event map in \[A Midsummer Day’s Dream] (Added on June 25)* If this issue occurs, you can temporarily resolve it by reconnecting to the game. - An issue where infinite loading may occur when matchmaking for the Boss Challenge ‘「Corrupted」 Guardian Golem’ after joining a party as a party member in the ‘Spray Island’ event map in \[A Midsummer Day’s Dream] (Added on June 25)* If this issue occurs, you can temporarily resolve it by reconnecting to the game. - An issue where, when using a controller, selecting Escanor's Pick Up through the \[Return of the Sins - ] event displays the Pick Up banner at the top of the list instead - An issue where the reset time is not displayed correctly in the final step of the \[Pet Expedition] tutorial, and the UI at the bottom of the final tutorial page is not displayed properly - An issue where cooking ingredients are not displayed when cooking at a Campfire* Ingredients will display properly if you select a ‘Recipe’ and then return to the cooking screen. - An issue where leaving a party while in a 1-player party at a specific location moves the character to a specific area* If this issue occurs, you can temporarily resolve it by reconnecting to the game. (Added on June 25 (Thu) 10:09 (UTC))- An issue where the purchase limit for ‘\[Equipment Growth] Special Refinement Stone’ in the \[A Midsummer Day’s Dream: Exchange Shop] is displayed as a ‘Daily Purchase Limit’* Please note that the purchase limit for ‘\[Equipment Growth] Special Refinement Stone’ is actually applied as an ‘Account Purchase Limit’.- An issue where the Fire Damage increase per level in the passive description for ‘Gluttonous Soul Axe’ is displayed incorrectly compared to its actual effect* The effect is currently applying normally with the updated values. Please check the \[Version 1.6 Update Details] for more information.- An issue where the value displayed on the buff icon for the Fire Damage effect granted during battle by the ‘Gluttonous Soul Axe’ passive is displayed incorrectly compared to its actual effect* The effect is currently being applied correctly with the updated values. Please refer to the \[Version 1.6 Update Details] notice for details on the updated values.- An issue where players are intermittently unable to claim rewards after clearing the ‘Taranis’s Sanctuary’ raid * This issue has been partially fixed with the June 16 (Tue) server patch, and further improvements will be made through future updates.- An issue during Main Quest Act 14 where using the ‘Skip’ button intermittently fails and incorrectly displays the message: \[This conversation cannot be skipped.]- An issue where the Main Quest tracker on the left side of the screen does not display correctly when traveling to another region via a Warp Point- An issue where characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground※ This issue will be addressed in a future update.✦ Resolved Issues- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.We will continue to do our best to provide a stable gameplay experience.Thank you.
