Greetings, Star Guardians.We would like to inform you of the currently known issues in the game.We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.Please refer to the details below for more information.※ Last Updated: April 23, 2026 (Thu)✦ Known Issues- An issue where some pet skills are missing or incorrectly applied (Added on April 23)* Affected Pets: Domesticated Big-horn Bat, Intelligent Phoenix- An issue where a hero does not appear in the Hero Info screen when first obtained through the ‘Regular SSR Hero Selection Ticket’ (Added on April 23)* The hero will be displayed correctly in the Hero Info screen after reconnecting.* This issue only occurs when obtaining a hero that has not yet been owned, and for already owned heroes, Potential is granted immediately.- An issue where characters may fall beneath the ground in certain areas of the ‘Fairy King’s Forest’ when \[Graphic Quality] is set to \[Very Low]* If this issue occurs, you can resolve it by using the ‘Emergency Escape’ button. - An issue where party invitations may intermittently fail, and a reconnection pop-up is displayed - An issue where new Main Quests are not updated upon first entering ‘Liones Castle’ * After your first login, you can proceed with the quests normally by moving to another area.- An issue where the UI for unachieved Mastery rewards is displayed incorrectly in the Potential menu on AOS devices - An issue where the red dot notification for the \[Item] Codex is continuously displayed in certain environments- An issue where game progress may become impossible after a hero dies in certain situations - An issue where characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground* These issues will be addressed in future updates.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.We will continue to do our best to provide a stable gameplay experience.Thank you.
