Real Name Verification Certificates are unavailable, and routes that could confirm true names through relationship checks, recommendations, battlefield callouts, and more do not operate. When a messenger is already traveling, the reason is now shown correctly.Post Assignment, Rewards, and Personnel Recommendation FixesFixed an issue where assigning an officer to one slot of a multi-slot general rank could also dismiss officers in other slots. Batch rewards now show why they cannot be executed when a reward messenger is already in progress. Officers who resigned or were dismissed too recently to be recruited again no longer appear in personnel recommendations.Bandit Uprising Grace Period after ConquestBandit uprisings no longer occur in a city for 3 turns, including the turn it is conquered.Encourage Recruitment Estimate FixFixed an issue where the predicted recruitment amount shown when selecting Recruitment in Encourage did not match the actual amount recruited.Return to City Selection after BoostAfter using Boost, you can return to the city list with right-click or the side-panel back button and continue selecting other cities.AI Alliance Proposal FixesFixed AI ruler alliance proposals and display errors.Canceled Move StatusWhen you cancel a move order for an army, officer, ruler, or transport convoy, the list now shows Returning. Sealed Mode AddedSealed is a new name mode alongside Real Name, Mixed, and Alias. In Sealed mode, true names are sealed and cannot be confirmed. Fixed an issue where officer-information buttons and tooltips in subsequent Investigation and Interview result windows stopped working after successfully asking for a real name. Fixed city troop and domestic-stat labels being obscured by army and messenger markers.Officer Data and Localization Fixes
Corrected the names and biographies of some officers, along with Chinese localization.Other UI Improvements
Improved the readability of monthly-report scrollbars and the Post Assignment screen, addressed several screens that could be clipped or hard to view at large text sizes, and replaced the sound played when closing windows with a more natural one.
