Thank you to everyone who plays and continues to share your feedback with us.Recently, as many of you have been clearing the Torment difficulty, we've received a great deal of interest in our next update and future development plans. Before we share the update roadmap for Q3 2026, we would first like to update you on how we are currently addressing the issues you've asked about most, along with our plans going forward. We sincerely apologize for not being able to resolve these inconveniences more quickly. Our team is continuously working on improvements to provide a more stable game environment. 1. Items and save data not being saved Due to the way TBH: Task Bar Hero is structured, gameplay data must be saved to the cloud. However, if the game is force-closed before data is saved to the cloud (for example, by logging in from another PC), or if the game shuts down abnormally or the connection ends unexpectedly, some play data may not have been properly reflected. To keep your play data safe, we kindly ask that you close the game normally in a stable environment. Our team is currently developing a server backup system, a save-file recovery system, and enhanced save stability to improve data-saving reliability. We are preparing to roll these out in stages over the course of a month to resolve the issue. 2. Being unable to receive server outage compensation Over the past several days, server outage compensation has been sent to your Mailbox daily between 16:00 and 20:00 (KST). However, we have received reports that some players were unable to properly receive this compensation. Our team is working to identify the cause and resolve the issue. If you have been affected, please submit the details along with your Steam ID through the Google Form below. Timing for full Steam Market normalization To provide a clean trading marketplace, our team continuously sanctions abusers who use illegal programs. When the Market reopened, we temporarily restricted the listing of the top three item grades in order to stabilize the market and monitor the trading environment. Based on our observations so far, we believe the market is being maintained in a stable state. After completing an additional stability review, we plan to lift the Market restrictions within July. 4. Suggestions and improvements for the game Our team continuously reviews the wide range of opinions and improvement requests you send through Discord, the community, email, and other channels. We are giving serious thought to areas that need improvement — such as feedback that certain character metas have become too dominant and reduced the fun of play, ways to improve progression/farming, and improvements to some stats that are currently underused. For now, this roadmap will guide you through the detailed update plans for Q3 2026 and the direction beyond that. Due to the way TBH: Task Bar Hero is structured, gameplay data must be saved to the cloud.
