Hello from the Triassic Games team!Sea Power is currently on sale on Steam as part of the MicroProse Publisher Sale. If you have been considering picking it up, or know someone who might enjoy a detailed naval combat simulation, now is your chance!The team will also be at GamesCom in Germany from Wednesday through Friday this week. We are looking forward to meeting fellow developers, partners, and members of the wider simulation community while we are there. New weapons testing...Royal Navy, Argentina, and FalklandsWe wanted to share a brief roadmap update. Work is continuing on the Great Britain and Argentina factions, alongside the South Atlantic 1982 campaign that will accompany the release.The scope of this release package has grown considerably as we build the new faction content, additional units, voiceovers, scenarios, and campaign together. Our current target for release is October 2026. We will share a more detailed update as the release moves into final testing.Upcoming Core UpdatesThere is also a substantial round of core improvements in development for Sea Power between now and the Falklands release.These updates focus on making it easier to command forces, understand available capabilities, and plan attacks. Highlights include:Updated Formation Manager, with unit-category tabs, formation renaming, and easier reordering of formations and units.Expanded weapon-aiming previews, giving clearer visual feedback on weapon range, seeker acquisition areas, search patterns, and wake-homing torpedo attacks before launch.Further improvements to the Unit Reference/Encyclopedia, including more useful information on unit characteristics, sensors, weapons, loadouts, submarine noise and quieting, and Task Force Mode cost breakdowns.Continued fixes and refinements across saved missions, Task Force Mode stores and pricing, sonar behavior, map settings, weapon systems, and scenario tools.We also have more units on the way, including new JMSDF, U.S. Navy, and Soviet additions, several of which have already appeared in recent previews...These updates are planned to enter Public Beta next week, before moving to the public release branch later in September.Thank you for your continued support of Sea Power, and we hope to see you at GamesCom!- The Triassic Games team

New weapons testing...
We wanted to share a brief roadmap update. Work is continuing on the Great Britain and Argentina factions, alongside the South Atlantic 1982 campaign that will accompany the release.
