(Feedback Platform link: Once Human Feedback Platform)With each version update, the Feedback Hot Charts will also be updated, after which we will announce our optimization plans and progress for issues that charted during the previous cycle. Your suggestions are important to us, and we hope the Feedback Hot Charts will help us communicate and share our development plans and progress more openly.Today, we'll reveal the results of the fourth Meta Hotline! As of June 24, the Feedback Hot Charts standings are as follows:Thank you to all Metas for taking part. Every piece of feedback, every like, and every dislike helps the dev team better understand which needs matter most from the player perspective. Below are the follow-up details for this cycle's top suggestions.\[Top Suggestion - Territory] Allow Multi-Select Movement in Territory Construction\[Optimization Progress] Development priority has been significantly increased, with an expected release within this year. Building has always been a very important and beloved mode in Once Human. As territories continue to expand, the number of structures, furniture, decorations, and function facilities gradually increases. The method of adjusting individual objects one by one indeed affects efficiency and experience during large-scale modifications. After evaluation by the project team, supporting multi-select movement can significantly improve the convenience of territory construction and layout adjustments, allowing Metas to more easily complete territory planning and modifications. After this suggestion received many likes, we have significantly increased the development priority of the related feature. This feature is expected to be completed and released within this year. We hope it will help Metas who enjoy building and arranging their territories to more efficiently refine their homes.\[Top Suggestion - Recipe] Add a "Learned" Indicator for Recipes\[Optimization Progress] Adopted, development priority increased. In this round of hot feedback, we saw that most Metas hope to add a "learned" indicator for recipes. After evaluation by the project team, adding this indicator can help Metas more intuitively determine the status of recipes, reducing the need to repeatedly open the interface for confirmation. We have clearly adopted this suggestion and will increase the development priority of the related feature.\[Top Suggestion - Chat Channel] Add Independent Display Switches for Chat Channels\[Optimization Progress] Functionality already exists online. Chat channels serve functions such as team communication, trade exchanges, recruitment for cooperation, and regional information synchronization, making them a crucial entry point for Metas' daily social interactions and collaboration. This player request essentially reflects a desire to manage chat information more freely and reduce Interference from unrelated channel content on the current gameplay scene.Currently, this request is already supported by a corresponding feature in the game. Metas can open the chat interface, enter "Settings" - "Chat Settings" in the left sidebar, and then see the display switches for each independent channel. They can choose to turn different channels on or off as needed. \[Top Suggestion - World Notification] Add a Function to Turn off World Notifications\[Optimization Progress] The function to turn off World notifications will not be added for now. In this period's feedback highlights, we noticed that some Metas wish to add a function to turn off World notifications. The desire to turn off World notifications stems from a wish to reduce the disruption to gameplay rhythm caused by interface prompts when frequently switching scenes, participating in team campaigns, or focusing on exploration. At the same time, we also noted that this suggestion received a significant number of "Dislikes." This indicates that World notifications still hold clear value for a portion of Metas.Considering the voting results of this period, the impact of the current feature, and development scheduling, we will not add a separate switch to turn off World notifications for now. We will continue to monitor feedback regarding the disruptive feeling of World notifications. If related experience issues remain consistently concentrated, we will evaluate whether to reduce its impact on normal gameplay rhythm by optimizing the trigger frequency of the notifications.\[Top Suggestion - Ordering Terminal] Disable "Reclaim usage rights after timeo

Meta Hotline | Hot Feedback and Optimization Progress Vol. 4

Dear Metas,

After the v2.3.7 update, we added the Feedback Hot Charts section to the Once Human Feedback Platform, listing recent popular requests from the community. After logging in to the Feedback Platform, you can like the feedback you support and dislike any feedback you disagree with. The Feedback Hot Charts will display the likes and dislikes of each piece of feedback in real time, and our development team will reference it when deciding on future development priorities. With each version update, the Feedback Hot Charts will also be updated, after which we will announce our optimization plans and progress for issues that charted during the previous cycle. Your suggestions are important to us, and we hope the Feedback Hot Charts will help us communicate and share our development plans and progress more openly.

Today, we'll reveal the results of the fourth Meta Hotline! As of June 24, the Feedback Hot Charts standings are as follows:

Thank you to all Metas for taking part. Every piece of feedback, every like, and every dislike helps the dev team better understand which needs matter most from the player perspective. Below are the follow-up details for this cycle's top suggestions.

\[Top Suggestion - Territory] Allow Multi-Select Movement in Territory Construction

\[Optimization Progress] Development priority has been significantly increased, with an expected release within this year.

We hope it will help Metas who enjoy building and arranging their territories to more efficiently refine their homes.

\[Top Suggestion - Recipe] Add a "Learned" Indicator for Recipes

\[Optimization Progress] Adopted, development priority increased. In this round of hot feedback, we saw that most Metas hope to add a "learned" indicator for recipes. After evaluation by the project team, adding this indicator can help Metas more intuitively determine the status of recipes, reducing the need to repeatedly open the interface for confirmation. We have clearly adopted this suggestion and will increase the development priority of the related feature.

\[Top Suggestion - Chat Channel] Add Independent Display Switches for Chat Channels

\[Optimization Progress] Functionality already exists online. Chat channels serve functions such as team communication, trade exchanges, recruitment for cooperation, and regional information synchronization, making them a crucial entry point for Metas' daily social interactions and collaboration. This player request essentially reflects a desire to manage chat information more freely and reduce Interference from unrelated channel content on the current gameplay scene.

Currently, this request is already supported by a corresponding feature in the game. Metas can open the chat interface, enter "Settings" - "Chat Settings" in the left sidebar, and then see the display switches for each independent channel. They can choose to turn different channels on or off as needed.

\[Top Suggestion - World Notification] Add a Function to Turn off World Notifications

\[Optimization Progress] The function to turn off World notifications will not be added for now. At the same time, we also noted that this suggestion received a significant number of "Dislikes." This indicates that World notifications still hold clear value for a portion of Metas.

Considering the voting results of this period, the impact of the current feature, and development scheduling, we will not add a separate switch to turn off World notifications for now. We will continue to monitor feedback regarding the disruptive feeling of World notifications. If related experience issues remain consistently concentrated, we will evaluate whether to reduce its impact on normal gameplay rhythm by optimizing the trigger frequency of the notifications.

\[Top Suggestion - Ordering Terminal] Disable "Reclaim usage rights after timeout" for the Ordering Terminal

\[Optimization Progress] Adopted. Implementation will be scheduled with relevant dev plans. We understand the core request is to reduce the impact on subsequent usage when the terminal is occupied due to abnormal status, accidental operation, or prolonged unresponsiveness. The ordering terminal is closely linked to Chef-related gameplay, team cooperation, and daily supply experience. When terminal usage rights cannot be released promptly, it may prevent other Metas from smoothly proceeding with ordering operations, affecting overall usage efficiency.

The issue itself is clear. After comprehensive consideration of this period's voting results and assessment by the project team, we have decided to approve this suggestion. We will advance the optimization of this issue alongside subsequent Chef-related experience improvements and ordering terminal function adjustments.

\[Top Suggestion - Client Size] Reduce Client Storage Usage

\[Optimization Progress] Continuously advancing client size optimization. As Once Human receives ongoing updates, content such as scenarios, maps, gameplay modes, and art assets continues to increase. The growing client size does indeed place higher storage demands on some devices, which is an issue we have been monitoring and continuously optimizing.

We have noted suggestions from Metas, such as "downloading by scenario on PC" or "deleting a specific scenario resource pack." While such solutions could alleviate storage pressure for some Metas in the short term, they are not simply about splitting resource packs. They would involve adjustments to the entire process, including version updates, resource validation, cross-scenario compatibility, and subsequent maintenance.

Currently, we have identified a feasible client size optimization plan and will promptly advance a round of client size reduction. This reduction will significantly decrease storage usage. Simultaneously, we will continue to improve external package management, striving to control package growth during future version updates and minimize the pressure from further increases in client size.

That's all for this edition of Meta Hotline. Your feedback, including your likes and dislikes, is the foundation of Once Human's continued development. We will continue to monitor the Feedback Platform and listen closely to your views. Please keep sharing your honest opinions via the Feedback Platform. Your suggestion may make the next Hot Charts!
