Q. Is this a gacha game?
There is no gacha. This is a Buy-to-Play (B2P) game — purchasing the game allows you to obtain all 19 playable characters (at launch) through story progression.

Navigate to Main Menu → Heroes → (Character of Purchased Costume) → Costume to obtain the item.
