Eve Online developer, CCP Games, has rebranded to ‘Fenris Creations’, following its sale from Crimson Desert creator, Pearl Abyss. The Icelandic company was acquired by Pearl Abyss for $225 million in 2018, but sold back to its management last week in a $120 Million deal. In a statement, Fenris said it’s returning to a model similar to how it operated before 2018, governed by its own Board of Directors, and claimed there will be no restructuring or layoffs.
