Dominate the Fight in Operation Augur

Operation Augur puts you in the boots of either a NATO Battalion soldier or Pax Armata defenders in a sector-by-sector battle: the Attackers - NATO - secure each sector from the Defenders - Pax Armata - by holding one or multiple control points at the same time. The first stage of Operation Augur is Contaminated, which has five distinct sectors: HAMLET To start, NATO and Pax Armata will fight for control of one objective: a house surrounded by trenches. Both sides have access to Light Ground Transports and Quad Bikes for faster movement on the dirt roads, with the attacking side also receiving an LTV and an Infantry Fighting Vehicle. MAINTENANCE HANGAR The Maintenance Hangar is where VL-7 Smoke can more noticeably cause chaos for both teams. Unlike the previous sector, the objectives are in a straight line rather than split: Attackers will push up to the trenches at Objective A before attempting to take the Hangar at Objective B. RAMP/APRON Similar to the Maintenance Hangar, attackers may find it easier to capture the Ramp (Objective A) before the Apron (Objective B). With that in mind, there are several guard towers around Objective B that can make a single-route approach difficult for attackers, making a split offensive from Objective A and their headquarters a potentially better strategy. HAGENTAL BASE ENTRANCE The final Contaminated sector is one objective: the entrance to Hagental Base, with multiple Hangars open and ready to welcome troops either through its doors or over the top. Either team can easily get overwhelmed by multi-level fighting; with each bunker able to be climbed on, a smart squad should focus on controlling the high ground. Hagental Base, the second and final stage of Operation Augur, has four distinct sectors: EMERGENCY GENERATORS Attackers must secure two objectives within the Emergency Generators: one right outside their headquarters (Objective A) and another in the Maintenance Area (Objective B). With all vehicles disabled inside the tunnel, this second stage transforms into an intense battle for corridor control, so update your loadouts accordingly. CENTRAL TUNNEL Attackers will pour out of the Maintenance Area right in front of the objective, but have the option to either use the West Tunnel for a flank - and ultimately push north with long-range weapons - or breach through smaller hallways. DEPOT This sector only contains one objective: staged atop the catwalks of the Depot, expect complete chaos with two distinct flank routes from the larger East Tunnel (north of the objective) or the smaller tunnels to the South. SERVER The final sector is split into two objectives, the end of the East Tunnel (Objective A) and the Server room (Objective B). Attackers will want to immediately blow open every last wall to access all potential lanes to these objectives, with a heavy emphasis on close-range weapons, in these intense spaces.

The first stage of Operation Augur is Contaminated, which has five distinct sectors:

  • HAMLET
To start, NATO and Pax Armata will fight for control of one objective: a house surrounded by trenches. Both sides have access to Light Ground Transports and Quad Bikes for faster movement on the dirt roads, with the attacking side also receiving an LTV and an Infantry Fighting Vehicle.
