■ Update Schedule and Cycle
To provide further details regarding our update schedule, our development team is currently preparing updates on a three-week cycle as a general standard. While the schedule may be adjusted depending on development circumstances, we are aiming to maintain a consistent and stable update cadence.
We are also aware of the concerns raised following Version 1.1, as Version 1.2 was released after a shorter interval of approximately two weeks. We understand that this may have caused uncertainty regarding the update cycle and the timing of new hero additions after the Grand Launch.
The schedule for this update was prepared with a shorter cycle in order to respond more quickly to issues that arose during the initial launch across multiple platforms. As each platform required individual attention and adjustments, we prioritized applying improvements as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this decision.
As a result, due to the limited time available to prepare for drawing new heroes in Version 1.2, we would like to once again express our apologies to all Star Guardians. To support your growth in this update, we will be providing the following reward.
This reward was previously announced during the livestream, but we would like to take this opportunity to reiterate it through this Developer Notes to ensure our message reaches as many Star Guardians as possible.
- Star Fragment x3,000
* This reward will be distributed via your in-game mailbox during the April 23 (Thu) maintenance.
Moving forward, based on our three-week update cycle, we are preparing to continuously introduce new regions and main story content alongside timely events. We hope for your continued interest and support.
■ Update Direction After Version 1.2
The overall direction of our future updates can be summarized into two main goals.
First, we aim to provide new experiences through a variety of events that all Star Guardians can easily participate in and enjoy. These events will be designed to naturally support your progression by offering meaningful rewards, ensuring that your growth through gameplay continues smoothly.
Second, for those of you who have been deeply engaging with
Throughout this process, our development team will continue to closely monitor player activity and progression, and continue preparing to implement necessary improvements and adjustments as needed with each update.

As showcased during yesterday’s special livestream, Version 1.2, the final update of April, will introduce Main Quest Act 13,
In addition, with the opening of ‘Timespace Junction’ on April 29 (Wed), we are preparing to introduce the highest-difficulty challenge content previously shared in a Developer Notes.
Following this, we are preparing to continuously introduce new content through seasonal event updates aligned with the theme and atmosphere of each period.
Accordingly, in addition to existing mission-based events, we are preparing seasonal updates themed around occasions such as summer vacations and Halloween. These updates will also include smaller-scale content, featuring short story-driven elements centered around specific characters or standalone event content.
Through these seasonal events, we aim to provide a more casual and lighthearted experience, along with limited-time content that can only be enjoyed during the event period. We hope for your continued interest and support for the variety of events we have planned.
Alongside this, we will continue to provide new challenge goals and establish additional progression paths through the ongoing expansion of \[Abyss] difficulty and ‘Timespace Junction’ sectors.
We are also currently preparing to introduce Time Attack ranking content within the first half of the year. Through this, we aim to provide Star Guardians who are deeply engaged in their adventures across Britannia with a new challenge, where achieving faster clear times through optimized strategies and progression can serve as a key objective.
At the same time, we are mindful of the potential burden associated with competitive elements. As such, this ranking content is being designed as an optional feature rather than a mandatory part of progression. We will share more detailed information through a future Developer Notes once preparations are complete.
Beyond the roadmap shared above, while it is difficult to provide exact timelines at this stage, we are preparing a variety of content depending on the nature of each update.
Among these, we are preparing features that will allow players to further enhance their existing armor and accessories by improving quality and secondary bonuses where needed, along with matchmaking features to help players more easily find party members.
In addition, we are currently preparing to introduce Knighthood content.
For Knighthood content, our goal is to create experiences that can be enjoyed together with fellow members. We plan to first introduce combat-focused content that can be played cooperatively with your Knighthood members. Beyond this, we will continue to gradually add a variety of content that can be enjoyed together with your Knighthood, so we hope you will look forward to it.
Additionally, following the recent improvements to tracking features, we are closely reviewing the fatigue associated with repetitive gathering across the vast regions of Britannia and continuing discussions on ways to improve this experience.
As our development team is committed to operating
Beyond this, we are making various preparations to support stable long-term service. With your continued support, we will do our best to bring you the wide range of content we have been preparing over time.
■ Growth Support for Star Guardians
With the Version 1.2 update, we expect many Star Guardians to newly arrive in Britannia.
As shared in our previous Developer Notes, we introduced plans to improve the early-region gameplay experience.
In line with this direction, we will be providing starter growth support items so that Star Guardians who are not yet fully familiar with the Burst system can progress through early combat more smoothly.
This support will be provided to all Star Guardians, including both new players and those who have already been enjoying
To help you progress through the early regions with minimal difficulty, we will provide SR weapons of each type obtainable through Crafting using Elite Monster materials, along with Mastery EXP and Enhancement Stones after this update, so you can equip recommended equipment and make full use of the provided growth materials.
■ Version 1.2 ImprovementsThrough the update details revealed yesterday, we have already introduced the improvements included in Version 1.2.
As there were many improvements, some explanations were brief. However, as certain items may require additional clarification, we would like to take this opportunity to provide further details through this Developer Notes.
- Fixed an issue where the dash speed of riding pets would persist after using a jump following a dash, and increased the movement speed of all riding pets by 10%.
After using Dash with a Riding Pet, the dash speed would persist when using Jump instead of slowing down. As a result, Riding Pets with dash skills were able to move and explore the field at a significantly faster pace.
Although this behavior was not originally intended by the development team at launch, we chose to maintain it as we believed it would provide a more enjoyable experience when using Riding Pets.
However, we have recently identified cases where, on certain devices, Jump does not function properly after using Dash. We have also confirmed that this issue may continue to affect various pets introduced in future updates.
As a result, we had no choice but to address this issue. As this change affects a feature that many Star Guardians have been utilizing, we have increased the movement speed of all Riding Pets to help ensure smoother traversal when using Riding Pets. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- Fixed an issue where weapon passive options from the same hero assigned to another team would be applied
Regarding the issues many of you have reported related to the damage of Daisy’s ‘Sword and Shield’ weapon, we have confirmed that they were caused by the incorrect application of weapon passive options, which was scheduled to be fixed in this update.
As stated in the update details notice, we are preparing to address this issue during tomorrow’s maintenance.
However, during the final verification stage for applying this fix, we identified an additional issue that occurs intermittently with Daisy’s ‘Sword and Shield’ weapon, separate from the issue mentioned above.
We are also preparing to apply a fix for this newly identified issue as quickly as possible. Once the fix has been applied, we will provide an update through a separate notice.
In addition, we are closely reviewing other inconveniences as well, including the shortage of certain gathering materials such as ‘Platinum Ingots’, which many Star Guardians have shared feedback about. We also hope to have more in-depth discussions on these topics through the AMA mentioned below.
■ AMA Announcement
Our development team is continuously reviewing the various feedback and concerns shared by our Star Guardians.
However, as we are communicating with Star Guardians across all regions simultaneously, it is not always easy to quickly share updates on ongoing improvements and other topics through the Developer Notes.
We will continue to respond to your feedback and share updates on what we are currently preparing through future Developer Notes.
At the same time, we understand the importance of providing more timely feedback, especially during the early stages after launch. We also hope to share our thoughts on future updates in a more open and casual setting, while hearing your opinions as well.
With this in mind, as more Star Guardians continue to join
This weekend, I, along with key members of the development team, will be hosting an AMA on the official Discord. While we may not be able to respond to every question, we will do our best to listen to as many of your thoughts as possible and communicate more quickly on the topics we are able to address.
We are currently preparing to hold the AMA on Saturday, and further details regarding the schedule and format will be announced through a separate notice.
As this will be our first AMA, there may be some areas where we fall short, and we kindly ask for your understanding. We look forward to the opportunity to share more with you and hear your thoughts during the AMA on our official Discord this weekend.
