Wargamer has announced a launch date of May 26, 2026, for World of Tanks: Heat, a new standalone free-to-play tactical vehicle shooter. World of Tanks: Heat is set in a parallel post-WWII era and aims to deliver “a faster, more dynamic take on armoured warfare, driven by team-based combat,” according to a press release from Wargamer. Built on developer Wargaming’s proprietary engine, the game aims to deliver upgraded graphics and gameplay when compared to previous entries in the World of Tanks series.
