Greetings, Star Guardians.We would like to inform you of the currently known issues in the game.We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.Please refer to the details below for more information.※ Last Updated: August 26, 2026 (Wed)✦ Known Issues- An issue where the event currency, ‘Orb of Greed’, from the \[Lucky Snatch - Spin, Orb of Greed.] was reset (Added on August 26)* The ‘Orbs of Greed’ can currently be earned normally, and the reset ‘Orbs of Greed’ will be redistributed. Further details will be announced through this notice at a later date. - An issue where the damage number display intermittently does not appear when attacking with the Physical attribute - An issue where the effect is not displayed when using Bug's Normal Skill 'Dark Thrash' during story battles in Main Quest - An issue where certain puzzles cannot be progressed after summoning a pet - An issue where an incorrect message is displayed when progressing the quest while a pet is summoned during Main Quest 'Into the Basement' - An issue where NPCs in Oasis Village are displayed as treasure chest icons on the minimap - An issue where the logo language is displayed incorrectly on the download screen shown after connecting to the game - An issue where the quest name is not displayed in the entry requirements on the main screen of the Event dungeon ‘The Hermit Beneath the Sand’* The Event Dungeon can be entered after clearing \[Beings of Deep Darkness] in the event quest ‘Chaos That Devours the Desert’.- An issue where using a controller to view a material's Set Effect on the Engraved Equipment crafting screen and then selecting Back causes the in-game cursor to disappear- An issue where error code ‘30021225-0’ is displayed and the game cannot be accessed when playing on the Steam platform* This issue can be resolved by updating the Steam build to the latest version.- An issue where leaving a party at a specific location moves the character to a specific area.* This issue can be temporarily resolved by reconnecting to the game.- An issue where characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground※ This issue will be addressed in a future update. ✦ Resolved Issues- An issue where quest progression cannot proceed normally when attempting to talk to Daisy in the Main Quest 'To Grow Stronger' on PlayStation®5 (Resolved on August 26) - An issue where entry near the entrance of the dungeon 'The Hermit Beneath the Sand' is not possible on PlayStation®5 (Resolved on August 26) We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.We will continue to do our best to provide a stable gameplay experience.
