We are writing to inform you of an issue we have identified in-game.
DLC that has not been purchased is currently being displayed as if it were owned, and equipping it triggers an abnormal pop-up that shuts down the game.
Specifically:
- DLC items such as costumes and familiars are being shown as equippable in-game, even when they have not been purchased.
- Attempting to equip such a costume or mount such a familiar causes an abnormal pop-up to appear, and the game closes.
Until the fixed build is deployed, please do not equip or mount any DLC (costumes / familiars) that you have not purchased.
As long as you do not equip or mount them, you can continue playing normally.
The cause of this issue has already been identified and a fix is in progress. The fixed build is scheduled to be deployed later today.
We will post a separate notice once the deployment is complete.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We will provide further updates as soon as the situation is resolved.
Thank you.
