Added ADS Toggle setting.

Crash fixes

Fixes have been deployed for crashes occuring on the following situations

Interacting with mortar
Using ping markers on mortar in the Demon Bait mission
Match leader leaves the game
Upon exiting the game
When a player dies
On various actions while another player tries to join session
Other various random crashes.
Hidden crashes that led to freezes, softlocks and bugs with the player's inability to do something (e.g. getting into a vehicle)
