You remember the end of the world... because you've already lived it. This time, you know what's coming. Scavenge. Build. Survive. The apocalypse won't catch you off guard twice.

While others are fighting for the last crate of bottled water, you've already cleared the supermarket shelves. When zombies prowl the streets, you'll be safe and sound, growing potatoes, grilling meat and watching the world collapse from behind your reinforced windows...

• 100 Days of Survival: Play through a full story campaign, from surviving the first night of the disaster to uncovering the truth behind its origins.

• Three Playable Characters: A wage slave, a university student, and a warehouse manager, each with their own unique abilities, a dedicated safe house, and branching endings.

• Three-Story Safe House: Unlock the balcony and the basement and make your safe house a home, complete with supplies, power generation, and crop planting.

• More to Explore: Stock up at the new used car lot before the disaster strikes, then scavenge sprawling new exploration maps like the abandoned school and deserted hospital once the streets become a war zone.

• Endless Mode and Custom Difficulty: Prefer a peaceful post-apocalyptic farming sim—or a hardcore survival gauntlet? It's all up to you.

• Tower Defense Gameplay: Set up sandbags, electric fences, and traps to fend off undead hordes.

• Complete Weather System: Rainstorms, cold waves and power cuts will test your survival abilities to the limit.

• Survivor Interactions: Interact and trade with neighbors to build a mutual aid network that will see you through the apocalypse.

In the past few weeks since the demo update, we've been acting on your feedback and suggestions.

• New Content: Vehicles, heating, counterattacks against zombies, and more.

• Inventory: Items can be dragged to be combined or swapped—you don't need to make space in your inventory first. You can also select and use multiple items by holding Ctrl and clicking.

• Cooking: Large portions can be eaten in several servings. Recipe values have been raised, and Dehydrated Carrot Bits can be added to the pot.

• Notifications: Added attribute change preview windows when interacting with Furniture. Text and item displays are clearer too.

• Graphics: Fixed problems with crashes for low-level graphics cards and memory use over long play sessions.

After the official release, we'll continue taking your feedback on board as we work to improve the game.

The official release isn't the end. There's still a lot more we'd like to do.

Q: What platforms will Survival Log be released on?
A: Survival Log will be released on Steam.

Q: Which operating systems are supported? Are gamepad and Steam Deck support available?
A: Windows 10/11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not currently supported.
The current version does not support gamepad controls or Steam Deck. If we plan to implement them in the future, we'll let everyone know as soon as possible!

Q: What price will Survival Log retail at?
A: The game will go on sale at the retail price of $10.99, with a 15% discount available for the first two weeks following launch.

Q: Which languages are supported?
A: Survival Log is currently available in Simplified Chinese and English.

Q: Does Survival Log support online play or multiplayer?
A: Survival Log is a single-player survival game, and we have no plans to add a multiplayer mode at the moment.
The game's action system is built around queuing actions for a single survivor. A multiplayer mode would need multiple simultaneous action queues, requiring us to rework time progression, action resolution, and event triggers. We'd rather put that energy into deepening the single-player experience so that every choice feels more immersive.

Q: Will demo saves be carried over?
A: No. Due to major additions and changes to the game's systems and content, demo saves are not compatible with the official release.

Q: Is there an endless mode? Can the difficulty be changed?
A: Yes, the official release includes an endless mode and custom difficulty options. You can choose a more relaxed survival experience—or a higher-pressure apocalypse if you prefer!

Q: Does the game support Steam Workshop?
A: Survival Log does not currently support Steam Workshop. We may consider adding it in the future depending on player demand and the game's development situation.

Q: Does the game support Steam Cloud saves?
A: Yes.

Q: Can you save in-game?
A: You can save and quit at any time and pick up from where you left off the next time you play.

Q: I encountered a bug. How do I report it to the dev team?
A: You can post it in the bug report channel of our official Discord (https://discord.gg/MZGg4gQAUe ), or submit it via this feedback form (https://forms.gle/XFBjRpHFb1dMUpqj8). We'll take a look and try to fix it as soon as possible.
Including a detailed description of the bug, the steps to reproduce it, and a copy of your save file makes it much faster for us to track down the cause!

Q: After I open the game, the screen goes black, or I can't interact with the main menu. What do I do?
A: This may be due to a compatibility issue, or simply the game loading slowly on first launch. If you still can't get into the game after waiting a while, try the following steps in order:

1. Wait: The first boot can be slow, and a black screen may just mean loading hasn't finished. Please wait a moment.

2. Verify Files: Right-click the game in your Steam library, then go to Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.

3. Check Antivirus Software (Recommended): Add the game directory to your whitelist, or temporarily disable your firewall.

4. Install Runtime Library: Download the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

5. Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics card has the latest drivers installed.

6. Free Up Memory: Close high-usage background programs and restart the game.
