With the Steam Summer Sale coming in hot, we’ve got some scorching deals out here, and one of the best games of all time (objectively) is now selling for around two USD and comes with every DLC. I’m talking here about Dishonored, a stealth-action game from a time when Arkane actually knew how to make them. Released all the way back in 2012, Dishonored puts you in the shoes of Corvo Attano, an assassin on the path of vengeance, who is blessed (or cursed) with special abilities that allow him to move across the world like a phantom. You won’t find an experience like this anywhere else. The game features an incredible, emotional story, unrivaled stealth gameplay, and a world designed by the same person who came up with Half-Life 2‘s City 17 and its adjacent areas, the recently passed Viktor Antonov. It’s beautiful, haunting, has an amazing score, and is genuinely one of the best games ever made. This two-buck deal also comes packaged with all the game’s DLCs, which expand on the story and the universe, itself a combination of various genres including fantasy, horror, steampunk, and science fiction, among others. This vichyssoise of different genre elements gives Dishonored a unique look and vibe, and you won’t find anything like it outside of its own sequel. Speaking of which, that game is on sale for around seven bucks as well, and you can even nab both Dishonored 2 and Prey, another of Arkane’s great games that was unfortunately named after an IP it had nothing to do with, for just over 10 bucks total. It’s an amazing time to be a fan of this classic studio, even if its employees are going through utter hell.
