A: This is a normal occurrence caused by the interaction between the Pierce and Perseverance stats, which can trigger a BLOCK effect on monsters. By increasing your Pierce stat, you can incapacitate the monster’s Perseverance and improve your skill hit rate. The issue where BLOCK activation is not clearly indicated will be improved in a future update.Q2: While progressing through the ‘Ferzen Mines’ dungeon, the mine cart sections and puzzles feel overly tiring. It would also be helpful to have a feature that automatically fills the Magic Gauge.A: We plan to adjust the \[Abyss] difficulty of ‘Ferzen Mines’ so that players can engage the boss directly. We will also introduce features such as bulk use of Cube Keys to help reduce fatigue from repeated farming.The automatic Magic Gauge refill feature is not planned, as a ranking system is scheduled to be introduced.Q3: Could you increase the storage limit for ‘Cube Keys’ or reduce the number of ‘Cube Keys’ consumed when entering content?A: While this may feel insufficient for some players, the total amount obtainable is continuously increasing, and the experience may vary depending on playstyle. In addition, we plan to introduce content aimed at reducing the difficulty of mining and gathering. Q2: It is very difficult to reach the required level to upgrade the Workbench.A: This is expected to be alleviated through improvements to acquisition convenience introduced in the previous update, as well as through future updates that add new regions and increase the number of gathering and mining resources. We will also work to further alleviate this through event rewards.Q3: After the issue where the Riding Pet's dash speed was continuously maintained was fixed, movement speed now feels too slow.A: We have identified an issue where movement speed decreases when using jump or dash skills while riding on a pet, and we will work to improve Riding Pet movement speed in the future.Q4: The pet capture rate is too low, and the process feels complicated. Are there any plans to improve this system?A: We plan to improve this by placing materials for Potions of Charm in various events and new regions, increasing the number of potions that can be crafted daily. ◼ Combat & Progression
Q1: During combat, there are moments when damage appears to decrease instantly.

◼ UI/UX & Convenience
Q1: The text size for buffs and debuffs is too small, and the effects are difficult to see.
A: We will prepare improvements to enhance visibility.
Q2: Please add a shortcut key that allows for quick switching between team formations.
A: As this feature may be difficult to apply in controller and mobile environments, we will consider other possible approaches.
Q3: Could you change the position of notices displayed at the top of the screen during gameplay?
A: We will make UI adjustments for the parts that cover the boss’s HP or Burst Gauge.
Q4: It would be helpful to have an ON/OFF option for other players’ skill effects.
A: An ON/OFF option for other players’ skill effects was added to the Settings in a previous update, so please check the option there.
Q5: In the PC and PlayStation®5 environments, there is an issue where certain heroes’ skills cannot be used after changing key settings.
A: The development team will review the report and make corrections in a future update.
Q6: After the update, I logged in and completed the event, but did not receive certain rewards.
A: We will carefully review the report as soon as possible and provide further details through an additional notice.
◼ Content & System Suggestions
Q1: Why is more content not provided with each update?
A: The Version 1.2 update was not able to deliver as much content as intended due to the need for stability verification. We plan to gradually increase the content volume through upcoming updates.
Q2: It would be great to have more challenging content that allows for a wider variety of team compositions.
A: A new piece of content, ‘Timespace Junction’, is scheduled to open on April 29 (Wed). ‘Timespace Junction’ will be operated on a seasonal basis, and a boss clear time ranking feature is also planned to be added in the near future.
Q3: Achievements require too much time and repetitive gameplay. Could you reduce their difficulty?
A: Some achievement difficulty adjustments are currently under review based on data. However, please understand that it is difficult to make overall changes due to fairness concerns with players who have already completed them. That said, we will first improve the issue where progress for the same achievement is not accumulated across stages within the current system.
Q4: Map loading is slow, and there are occasional cases where characters fall below the map or experience visual glitches. What improvements are planned?
A: We are continuously implementing fixes and preventive measures for these issues. However, we would appreciate any additional reports if you encounter them.
Q5: To reduce the inconvenience of switching equipment, could you allow equipment to be assigned on a party basis rather than per individual hero?
A: We are aware of the inconvenience related to equipment switching and are currently discussing improvements. However, due to system limitations, it is difficult to implement in the short term, so we will review this as a long-term improvement.
Q6: There are very limited ways to utilize set equipment. Are there any plans to improve the Engraved Equipment system?
A: We will explore ways to provide additional uses for currently unused common set equipment through future content.
Q7: Due to limitations such as title length restrictions in different languages, party title character limits, and unclear join permissions, it would be helpful to have an automatic party matching system.
A: The auto party matching feature is currently under development, and further details will be provided at the time of its release.
◼ New Content
Q1: Are there any plans to add a housing feature in the future? Specifically, will players be able to craft furniture and buildings, and will there be a dedicated space where Knighthood members can gather?
A: Rather than personal housing, we are currently discussing housing features such as a Knighthood base where members can gather together.
Q2: What kind of content is planned for Knighthoods, and why was it removed from the roadmap previously shared in the Developer Notes?
A: It was removed from the roadmap as we are preparing it with a target of early in the second half of the year. However, we apologize for the confusion caused by an outdated version of the roadmap image being uploaded. Knighthood content will focus on casual and light experiences that members can enjoy together.
Q3: Are there any plans to add items that increase Engraved Equipment Passive levels?
A: We are currently discussing a system that allows adjustments to the quality and passive levels of Engraved Equipment.
Q4: I would like to suggest content where players can challenge bosses with fixed specs, which could help address the lack of permanent content. For example, content where players fight specific bosses within a time limit using predefined specs, with tiered rewards and titles based on completion. What are your thoughts?
A: Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We will take it into consideration for future content development.
◼ Platform & Operations
Q1: What is the update cycle for the Main Quest?
A: We are currently planning to update the Main Quest on a 6-week cycle.
Q2: Are there any plans to launch on new platforms?
A: For now, we will focus on optimization and resolving existing issues rather than preparing for new platform launches.
Q3: Could you address the overheating and optimization issues that occur during gameplay?
A: We are working to resolve optimization issues as much as possible by July, and will continue to address and improve any remaining issues afterward.
Q4: Could you share more detailed plans regarding communication with players?
A: We will provide opportunities for direct communication by hosting AMAs on a regular basis, as we have done this time.
Q5: The management of the official Discord server channels feels lacking. Are there any plans for improvement?
A: We will work to improve management so that all regional channels are properly maintained.
Q6: There is a significant gap in official livestream information across regions.
A: In future livestream preparations, we will aim to align information across all regions as much as possible.
