Hello, this is Project Moon.We would like to inform you about the known issues identified after the Apr. 30th Scheduled Update, and the ETA for a Hotfix that addresses them.Please continue reading for more information.[ To be Hotfixed ]▶ An issue in "Reflectrial][lairtcelfeR" where, if the boss unit has entered Phase 2, the game fails to respond when battle is resumed with the subsequent Team Loadout[ Issue Cause ]- With Ver. 1.104.0 Update, the "Docent" Trait Keyword, which was missing in the previous version, was added to the affected boss unit. An erroneous logic in this process caused the game to become unresponsive after the boss entered a new phase.※ Relevant Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where a specific Keyword was missing from Phase 2 of the boss unit appearing in "Chapter 9.5 - Twining Threads"[ Issue Fix ]- The "Docent" Trait Keyword on the boss unit will be removed via a hotfix as a temporary solution to the progression blocker issue.※ Please note that the bugged logic will be corrected with the next Scheduled Update.▶ An issue where, in the Nocturnal Sweeping BokGak Reward Exchange menu, a certain reward item is shown and exchanged in incorrect numbers and rates※ Relevant Item: [Season 7] Egoshard Crate: This issue was fixed on 4/30 14:03(KST), and will now yield 5 Egoshard Crates instead. The displayed number in the Reward Exchange menu will also be updated once the hotfix is deployed.※ For Managers who have exchanged the item between 4/30 12:00 ~ 4/30 14:03, please note that we will be providing the correct amount of the said reward item in the future based on its mismatched quantity.We will share further details regarding this matter at a later date.[ Hotfix ETA ]- 4.30 (Thu) 17:00 (KST)- There may be a 10-minute delay.※ The Hotfix will be deployed upon restarting the game, and does not require a separate client update. However, please note that additional in-game downloads may occur.[Ver. 1.104.0 Known Issues Compensation]- Content : Lunacy x500- Recipients : All users whose game accounts were created before May 7th, 2026, 10:00 AM (KST)- When : After Apr. 30th (Thu), 2026, 19:00 (KST)- Can be claimed once per accountError Compensation can be claimed until May 7th (Thu), 2026, 10:00 (KST) via the in-game Mailbox.
