New Dimension Update: Inferath

The Lord of the Rings collaboration is currently in full swing.

We are delighted to see many Summoners enjoying the special adventures unfolding across Sky Island.

Your participation makes this collaboration a truly vibrant and joyful experience.

We hope those who haven't had a chance to dive in yet will enjoy the collab while it lasts,

Today, we are back with long-awaited news about a brand-new dimension and Secondary Awakening Monsters.

As this is the first new dimension introduced since Dimension Sacreon,

we believe this will be thrilling news for those who have been waiting for new Secondary Awakening Monsters.

We have also prepared this Developer's Note with great excitement, so please read on for the details.

■ New Dimension: Inferath

Dimension Inferath is a realm where lava flows through cracked red earth and an unyielding heat lingers under an ashen sky.

The red light seeping through jagged rocks and fissures resembles an intense atmosphere of the underworld.

Take a look at the background images of Dimension Inferath.

Just like existing dimensions, Inferath consists of a Dimension Dungeon featuring an Ancient Guardian

and Secondary Awakening Dungeons—for \[Hellhound] and \[Inferno].

We will provide more details on the new Secondary Awakening Monsters below.

The entry condition for Dimension Inferath is \[Exclude Default 4★ Monsters].

: Unlike Dimension Karzhan, where only default 4★ or lower Monsters can enter, Inferath excludes default 4★ Monsters.

This means default 3★ or lower and default 5★ Monsters can enter. We are looking forward to creative team compositions.

Now, let us introduce the new Secondary Awakening Monsters.

■ Dimension Inferath: Secondary Awakening

\[Hellhound] and \[Inferno] will be added as Secondary Awakening Monsters in Dimension Inferath.

Take a look at their new appearance.

Here are Hellhound and Inferno, empowered through Secondary Awakening.

Hellhound has transformed into a three-headed beast, while Inferno exudes a more daunting aura, wreathed in the fires of hell.

Their new designs match the intense atmosphere of Dimension Inferath.

With the addition of Hellhound, a Spiritual Realm favorite, and Inferno, once a star of Arena offense teams,

this Secondary Awakening feels particularly meaningful. We are excited to see which Monster you choose to awaken first.

To give you a head start, we've prepared a skill preview of one attribute for each Monster.

Drogan's skills are particularly noteworthy.

\[Dark Smash] now includes a Provoke effect, allowing you to control the enemy and lead the battle in your favor.

\[Last Curse (Passive)] has been improved to deal damage to all enemies, leaving an impact even at the moment of defeat.

We expect this Monster to be highly versatile in various team compositions with the new effects.

More details on other attributes will be available in the game after the update. Please look forward to them.

Additionally, here is the stage composition for the Secondary Awakening Dungeon.

Let's move on to the Dimension Dungeon of Inferath.

■ Dimension Inferath: Dimension Dungeon

Meet the powerful new boss of Dimension Inferath, the Ancient Guardian who embodies the dimension's scorching heat.

The overwhelming energy radiating from the flames covering the Ancient Guardian is remarkable.

It certainly possesses the imposing presence befitting a boss of Inferath.

First, let's look at the basic skills used by the Ancient Guardian.

You may notice a unique effect in the Ancient Guardian's skills: the new \[Heat] effect within \[Unity of Inferath (Passive)].

\[Heat] decreases the Attack Power and Attack Speed of ally Monsters by 2% per stack. Combined with the passive, which recovers HP in proportion to the number of Heat stacks, the battle will become very difficult if you don't keep these stacks in check.

Fortunately, you can block the effects of Heat by using the Increase Defense effect. Utilizing Monsters with Defense buff skills may be the key to defeating the Ancient Guardian.

In addition to these basic skills, the Ancient Guardian summons minion Monsters on both sides and uses powerful special skills. Check out the list of Monsters that will fight alongside the Ancient Guardian in each phase.

For those wondering about the special skills, here is a sneak peek at the special skill for Phase 1.

Lastly, here are the rewards you can obtain upon defeating the powerful Ancient Guardian.

■ Dimension Inferath: Rewards

The following rewards can be obtained by clearing the Dimension Dungeon of Inferath.

The remaining sets of Ancient Runes that were unavailable will be introduced with this Dimension Inferath update.

You will now be able to farm Ancient versions of every Rune set existing in Summoners War. 

With the addition of new Secondary Awakening Monsters and Ancient Rune sets, we expect this dimension to be loved by many.
