Leaderboard Regular Season 1 Issues and Content Adjustments
Greetings, Star Guardians.First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the issues that occurred during Leaderboard Regular Season 1, which was introduced with the Version 1.6 update.As announced in \[Developer Notes #14 - AMA Season 2 Key Responses], starting with Leaderboard Regular Season 1, skill usage in the pre-battle waiting area has been restricted to prevent players from stacking buffs before battle, in line with the original intent of the Leaderboard.However, we have identified an issue where buff effects applied before entering the content remain active after entering the content. We sincerely apologize for not reviewing this aspect thoroughly when applying the rule changes mentioned above.We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible within the week, and the fix will be applied through an upcoming temporary maintenance. Please see below for the measures we will be taking accordingly.1. Boss Challenge ‘\[Abyss] Galland of 「Truth」’ Leaderboard MeasuresTo resolve this issue and ensure fair competition for all Star Guardians, we will conduct temporary maintenance to prevent buffs applied before entering the content from carrying over after entry. We will also update the content so that dishes can be used while waiting for the content to begin.The entire leaderboard will also be reset during the temporary maintenance.We kindly ask for the understanding of all Star Guardians who have worked hard to improve their leaderboard rankings for more than a week.Although this was a difficult decision, we believe it is necessary to ensure that the time and effort Star Guardians have put into the time attack are not undermined. Once the issue has been fixed, the leaderboard competition will begin again.For Star Guardians who have already achieved rankings, ‘Laurel of Glory’ rewards will be distributed based on their ranking status at the start of the maintenance.2. \[Timespace Junction] Opening Schedule DelayAs \[Timespace Junction Sector 7] is also part of Leaderboard Regular Season 1, we believe it should be opened after this issue has been resolved to prevent the same issue from occurring.As a result, the opening schedule for \[Timespace Junction Sector 7] will be delayed until after the temporary maintenance.3. \[Magic★Pop - The Day of Mischief Begins!] Opening DetailsSeparately from the issue described above, we have also found that the \[Magic★Pop - The Day of Mischief Begins!] event requires additional checks before it can open. As a result, the event will be delayed from its previously announced opening date of July 1 (Wed).We sincerely apologize for being unable to bring the event to you on the previously announced schedule.We sincerely apologize once again for being unable to provide our Star Guardians with a stable environment to fully enjoy the content and for the inconvenience caused by this issue.Details on the fix schedule will be provided through a separate notice once preparations are complete.To prevent similar issues from occurring again, we will further strengthen our review process before content updates and continue doing our best to provide a more stable service.Thank you.
