While the Torment system still scales up the rewards with difficulty, changes have been made to the tiers and the bonuses they offer. How to access the Torment difficulties in Diablo 4

The old Torment system, introduced with the Vessel of Hatred, required us to reach the level cap (70). For the new system, we will need to reach Level 60. This will unlock the Artificer's Obelisk.
