Located approximately 300m from the lifepod, you'll find two rooms with hatches at this location. Go through the building on the right. Screenshot by Destructoid Once inside, take the ladder and keep traveling upwards until you've reached the highest floor. Turn right, and you'll find a room with a NOA terminal. The Room blueprint will be on a shelf to the right of the terminal. You can also find a bunch of furniture blueprints to scan at this location. Head back to your base and start placing rooms. You'll need a room big enough for you to place the Moonpool. You'll unlock the Moonpool when you unlock the second Tadpole blueprint fragment, as shown in this guide.
