These are temporary Jokers that apply only to that given run. I am not a fan of how much Gold I need to spend on these temporary Jokers. However, you'll need to trade with her at least 30 times if you want to unlock the Wandering Trader skin for your bounty hunter. This isn't a cheap task, since you'll need a lot of extra Gold.
