The Safe Harbor quest is a new addition in ARC Raiders in the Riven Tides update, and you have to complete all the tasks in a single round to get the rewards. Image via Embark Head to the Hotel Panorama Azzurro, located on the western part of the map. Use the main entrance to head inside and go slightly to the left to find a zipline.
