To be more precise, head to the southern part of the POI where all the buildings in white and pink are located. The container you're looking for is located in the building in the image below. Once you get to the first floor, a quest marker will display the location of the supplies. Loot the supplies, and you're ready for the second part of the contract. Unless you're extremely good at PvP, it's best to target UESC troops. Once you notch up 750 damage, you'll be able to complete the second Return on Investment contract. How to acquire explosive supplies from western Maintenance
