Follow-up Tech Revamp Adjustments
Dear Metas,In the V2.3.6 update, we launched the Tech revamp. Because the changes were so extensive, we received a large amount of player feedback after it went live, and it became clear that some parts of the design needed more work. After urgently reviewing that feedback and making follow-up changes, we plan to roll out the following Tech revamp adjustments on April 14:1. Reduced crafting time for all dishes and some items, including the Harvesting Sickle, Gardening Shears, Whim Elixir, Thermoium, and Load Handling.2. Greatly reduced facility weight and improved the effect of the Deviation product "Featherweight." Also reduced the material cost for crafting Load Handling and Featherweight.3. Reduced the amount of milk, cheese, and butter required in formulas, and increased the chance of finding dairy products in the wilderness. For any formula that uses cheese, Stardust Cheese can now be used as a substitute without changing the final effect. Cheese production time has also been greatly reduced.4. Increased the chance for Satchels to appear.5. Adjusted the values for Tech enhancements and enhanced facilities (These changes will take effect after the facilities are rebuilt):1) Enhanced Stove crafting time reduction: 50% → 60%2) Stardust Fusion Stove: Base effect increased from 30% → 40%; buff duration increased from 50% → 75%3) Custom Disassembly Bench output bonus: 20% → 25%4) Enhanced Electric Furnace crafting time reduction: 50% → 60%5) Batteries required for the Recycling Electric Furnace to make Acid: 500 → 2006) Extra HP restored by medicine crafted at the Medicine Supplies Workbench: 10% → 15%6. Reduced the number of metal ingots required in some food formulas.7. In the anti-pollution dish Stardust Malt Ale, Deviated Wheat can now be replaced with regular wheat. If it is made with Deviated Wheat, its anti-pollution effect is stronger.8. Extended the duration of anti-pollution items, such as Disinfectant and Chemical Agents, to 2 hours. Also updated the descriptions for all anti-pollution items to explain their effects more clearly.9. Stardust Tea is back! You can now find it in the wilderness or exchange Old Currency with NPC merchants for the Stardust Tea recipe.10. Portable MG Turret: High-Explosive Automatic Ammo is back! It now appears in the Portable MG Turret's advanced Tech. Unlock it, then rebuild the Research Workbench for it to take effect.11. Spectrum Generator and Anti-Blockage Capsule are back! Both can now be found in the wilderness.12. Fixed an issue that capped generators at 6. Increasing your Tech Level can now raise the limit to 8 generators.13. Fixed an issue where Healing Bandages, Pianos, Shutter Doors, Straight Ladders, and Updrafts were missing from the Tech tree. Pianos now have a chance to appear in places such as malls and residential courtyards. Shutter Doors, Straight Ladders, and Updrafts can now be found in certain loot crates.14. Unlocking the Mini Sign Holder will now also unlock the Small Wall-Mounted Writing Board.15. Fixed an issue where AP Ammo did not work at the old Supplies Workbench.16. Fixed an issue where MG Turrets did not display their enhancement effects.17. Fixed an issue where items such as the Frying Pan and Corrosive Agent could disappear while their buffs remained active.18. Fixed an issue that prevented The Digby Boy and Fetch-A-Lot Bunny from being secured properly. You can now obtain both Deviations normally while gathering in the wilderness. If you still run into a similar issue, please log back into the game with your character.Other Details1. In the V2.3.6 update, we adjusted the transfer rules for Planters and Biomechanicals. These now transfer into Eternaland as items, and you can spend points to move them back out into seasonal scenarios. Each transferred Planter or Biomechanical item will use 1,000 material capacity. We also fixed an issue where these items were not displaying correctly in the Eternaland Depot.2. When inventing techs, the result and success rate are affected not only by the type and amount of materials used, but also by your Tech Level. Raising your Tech Level can effectively improve your invention success rate.3. After internal review, we found that the original Tech Specialization feature "Portable Fridge" fits the Chef class much better, so it will be moved into the Chef class system and is expected to go live with the upcoming Chef class improvements. For now, the Portable Fridge can still be obtained through wilderness exploration. We also know there is strong player demand for it, so we are raising its development priority and currently expect it to be released in mid-May. The old Tech Specialization enhancement effects—"Roasted & Dried: Low and Slow", "Frozen Cuisine: Intense Chill," "Canned Goods: Mini Canner," "Spicy Pepper," and "Stardust Dish: Shell Break"—will all return as part of the Chef class update.
