Dear Metas,From January 16 to January 22, Once Human banned a total of 215 players overseas, including 92 penalized for cheating, 6 for using studio accounts or cheat alts, and 7 for maliciously disrupting other players.Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We've continued to receive reports from Metas about cheating behavior. This week, there have been numerous reports of cheating types such as speed hacks, flying, wallhacks, and abnormal hit detection. We've promptly verified and taken action on these cases.Moving forward, we will enhance real-time data monitoring and retrospective enforcement against groups engaging in malicious in-game behaviors like frequent use of hacks, carrying cheaters, or verbal harassment. Once suspicious malicious activities or benefits gained through cheating are detected, we will conduct periodic retrospective penalties.
