New Content

  • Added a new area: Old City Ruins, featuring new NPCs, enemies, resources, and points of interests to explore.

  • Added new main quests and story content, bringing the main storyline to its conclusion.

Balacing Changes and Resource Adjustments

  • Added coin rewards to early-game quests and increased the coin rewards for submitting crops to the Archive, easing financial pressure during the early game.

  • Reduced the time required to smelt high-tier metal ingots.

  • Adjusted the crafting recipes and selling prices of certain machines and industrial products.

  • Increased the production requirements and value of industrial materials such as Sand, Glass, and Rubber, while reducing the quantities required by related recipes accordingly.

  • Increased the efficiency of obtaining Coal and reduced the amount of Coal required to produce industrial goods.

  • Increased the number of Stone items dropped by stone resources.

  • Increased the amount of Soil dropped by Soil Piles and Wet Soil Piles.

  • Adjusted the drop sources and drop rates of mineral collectibles.

  • Increased the rarity and value of Gold Ore.

  • Adjusted the resource distribution in the Back Mountain Mining Area, accessed by cable car, making Iron Ore and Gold Ore more likely to appear.

  • Adjusted resource and vegetation spawn positions in the Outskirts to reduce overlapping spawns.

  • Adjusted the spawn rates of various fish. The spawn rate of the Gold Fish will no longer decrease significantly as environmental restoration progresses.

  • Adjusted the requirements and rewards of certain faction quests so that their rewards better match their difficulty.

  • Reduced the time required for animals to produce special produces and increased the selling prices of those products.

  • Reduced the chance of animals escaping.

  • Increased the selling prices and recovery effects of certain food items.

Combat Adjustments

  • Increased the maximum HP bonus granted by the Eden Fruit, which has been renamed as Eden Fruit Essence.

  • Adjusted the attack mechanics of the Mechanical Greatsword, allowing it to attack automatically.

  • Rebalanced firearms to reduce the performance gap between weapons of the same tier.

  • Adjusted the stats of Enhancement Chips so that every chip type has a practical use.

  • Adjusted battery-related stats for drone frames and engines.

  • Adjusted the stats and crafting recipes of certain support modules.

  • Increased the critical damage multiplier of firearms from 1.5× to 2×.

  • Increased the damage dealt to monsters by tools.

  • Slightly increased the player’s invincibility duration after taking damage.

  • Removed defense stat from all monsters except festival bosses and rebalanced monster difficulty accordingly.

  • Adjusted thrown bombs so that they no longer explode upon hitting platforms.

  • Adjusted rubber barrage so that they bounce off walls but no longer bounce after hitting monsters.

  • Adjusted the effect of the No. 66 Mask, allowing it to make all monsters in the corresponding series neutral.

  • Reduced the HP and damage of the New Year monster.

  • Adjusted monster distribution in the Wetlands.

Other Improvements & Adjustments

  • Improved item submission interactions. Items stored inside cardboard boxes can now be submitted directly.

  • Improved cooking equipment. Free Cooking Mode now supports batch cooking.

  • Increased the maximum item stack size from 99 to 999.

  • Improved player controls by slightly increasing the protagonist’s movement speed.

  • Improved well functionality. Water no longer needs to be drawn manually.

  • Improved the Power Control Room. Generators placed within the outdoor building area can now benefit from its bonuses.

  • Improved the platforming experience at Western Cliff by increasing the size of landing pads.

  • Improved the in-game wiki by adding new categories for Collectibles, Tools, and Equipment.

  • Optimized the interior of the Treaty Port and Blacksmith.

  • Improved the presentation of the Salmon Fest, including new festival decorations at the docks and adjustments to NPC festival schedules.

  • Improved the protagonist’s status-bar UI. The protagonist’s portrait will now display different expressions depending on their current condition.

  • Improved Zenis' animations by adding a glass-wiping animation.

  • Improved interactions at bus stops by adding bus animations.

  • Improved the Combat Drone interface. Components can now be equipped more quickly, and players can switch directly between different drones.

  • Improved equipment replacement and swapping.

  • Improved inventory controls. Hold Shift and left-click to quickly equip an item.

  • Improved UI visibility. The item hotbar will now become hidden when the protagonist overlaps with it.

  • Improved item descriptions for weapons and batteries by adding battery-capacity information.

  • Improved navigation for Tech Tree node information.

  • Improved Display Stands, allowing them to display complete drones together with their components.

  • Improved the Treaty Port communication interface. A special visual effect will now appear upon reaching maximum reputation.

  • Improved the calendar by giving different festivals distinct icons.

  • Adjusted the save-file location and changed the save-file naming format to [c]doloc-save-0.data[/c]. The number of automatically backed-up save files has also been increased.

  • Adjusted BGM playback. Different seasons, special locations, and special weather conditions now have their own BGM playlists.

  • Replaced the in-game’s four “months” with four seasons:

    • Month 1 → Light Rain Season

    • Month 2 → Heavy Rain Season

    • Month 3 → Early Dry Season

    • Month 4 → Harsh Dry Season

  • Adjusted the weather system so that different regions now have distinct weather tendencies. The Wetlands remain in the rainy season throughout the year, while the Old City remains in the dry season.

  • Adjusted the probability of different weather conditions appearing during each season to better reflect their seasonal characteristics.

  • Adjusted certain equipment recipes that previously required Old Chips. They now require standard Chips, which can be crafted using the Assembly Shaper.

  • Adjusted the layout around the entrance to the River Valley Outpost and added a small farming plot for Mira.

  • Adjusted the interior layout of the Outpost and added a Handcrafting Workbench.

  • Adjusted the items found inside treasure chests at Doloc Center and Doloc Docks.

  • Adjusted the Premium Planted Tank, allowing it to produce Kelp.

  • Adjusted the placement restrictions of the Compost Bin and Tree Compost Bin, allowing them to be placed indoors.

  • Adjusted enemy hit reactions. Enemies can no longer be permanently stun-locked by bullets.

  • Adjusted the buildable areas for Tents and Small Livestock Sheds.

  • Adjusted the time at which town lights turn on at night.

  • Adjusted the display order of entries in the Plant Archive and Chip Archive.

  • Increased the water capacity of the Copper Watering Can.

  • Increased the efficiency of obtaining energy for the Environmental Modifier Equipment.

  • Increased the power generation of Solar Generators.

  • Reduced the power consumption of the Seed Analyzer.

  • Added Moonlight Song to Zenis' shop.

  • Added three Seed Packs to Viilain’s shop, unlocked as the game progresses.

  • Added a series of handmade flowers to Kasia’s shop, unlocked after completing Kasia’s relationship storyline.

  • Added Animal Feed to the Kenenimuu's Shop, unlocked after completing the faction settlement requirements.

  • Added the Witch’s Lightning Rod to the Witch’s shop.

  • Fixed a series of known issues in the current version.
