We sincerely appreciate the passionate attention and active participation from all Metas. Meanwhile, we’ve compiled a list of key concerns raised by the community. To help Metas better understand the new Mod System, this Dev Blog addresses these frequently asked questions in detail.Q1: I’ve maxed out my Mods, so why haven’t I received the Mod compensation mail?A: Due to the large volume of Mod compensations, the mails are being sent out in batches. We will complete all distributions within 3 business days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.Q2: How do I obtain Shiny Mods?A: If you already own a Level 17 A Mod, obtaining another Level 17 A Mod has a chance to transform it into a Shiny Mod.Q3: Does the Shiny Mod compensation exclude Mask slots?A: Currently, only Weapon slot Shiny Mods are available.
