If you are new to the game and haven’t used a Beetle before, now is the time to try them out! Beetles allow you to, among other things, spy on and/or attack enemy teams from afar. They come in three different types: Stalker, Fire, and Choke. Stalker Beetle A Stalker Beetle is the original Beetle. It gives you a special Dark Sight view and enables you to fly around corners, scout out enemies, and spot Clues from the air. You can also use them to trigger traps and agitate animals or monsters by flying past them. When you spot enemies, fly close to them and explode to deal poison and bleeding damage. Choke Beetle Choke Beetles offer great additional support to your team, as they explode into a choke cloud that extinguishes any fires that may be in your way—including those of burning teammates! Choke clouds can also be used to block enemy sight lines, neutralize any poison clouds within the area, or cause enemy Hunters to go into a coughing fit. Fire Beetle Like the name implies, a Fire Beetle can be detonated to ignite enemies, monsters, and surrounding areas. It is slightly slower than other Beetle variants but will bring the fire to any fights you come across!
