Compensation for the Technical Issues
Dear players,First of all, we would like to sincerely apologise for the technical issues we experienced on Saturday, which prevented many of you from enjoying the game normally for several hours.Based on your feedback following the incident, we have prepared the following compensation:Melonoth Raid Tokens: Any tokens you lost while participating in the Melonoth raid will be sent to you over the coming days. In addition, on Saturday, 4th July (00:00–23:59 CEST), every Melonoth raid you complete will grant double tokens. These bonus tokens will also be distributed in the days following the event.Rune Upgrade Event: To give everyone another opportunity to benefit from it, the Rune Upgrade Event will return next weekend, from 11th July at 11:00 CEST until 12th July at 11:00 CEST.Additional Event: In addition, we'll be exploring another compensation event over the coming weeks. We'll share more details as soon as we have them.Item and NosMall Restorations: Our team will also review all reports regarding lost items and restore them where possible.
