Chest Error Hotfix & Update Postponement Notice
Hello,This is the development team.We have identified an issue where chests were not appearing, and a hotfix update has been deployed.In addition, please note that the "Relay Server Addition" update scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed.\[Bug Fixes]- The issue where chests did not appear has been fixed.- To reduce the current server load, we have added logic that temporarily holds chest acquisition requests and grants them later all at once in stacked form. As a result, chests may not be granted immediately and may instead be delivered all at once.(*If a large number of chests are stacked in your Steam Inventory, you may need to repeat Mailbox > Refresh > Claim Chest > Open Chest several times until the chests are displayed correctly. If you have many stacked, please do not open a chest immediately after receiving one — instead, tap Refresh, and the chests may be granted up to their maximum quantity. We apologize that this emergency fix may result in a less-than-smooth experience, and we will work toward a complete resolution going forward.
