Battlefield Studios Hit with Layoffs

Battlefield 6 publisher EA has reportedly laid off a number of individuals from Battlefield Studios, which is composed of Criterion, DICE, Ripple Effect, and Motive, today as part of a "realignment." Neither the Battlefield 6publisher nor any of the affected studios has yet to release an official statement on the matter, but it has been claimed that although a variety of different teams and offices have been impacted by the layoffs, none of the development studios will be shuttered.
