Voidling Bound has several status effects that you can inflict on your enemies. Your enemies can also do the same, and some of these effects can be pretty troublesome to deal with. Knowing how each status effect works will be immensely helpful since you’ll know their proper use.

Status Effect
How it Works
Sleep
Renders a target immobile by putting them to sleep. They can’t take any damage until they wake up.
Slow
Enemies move slower based on how many stacks are applied. Stuns on bosses slow them instead.
Stun
Enemies will be temporarily unable to do anything during the duration of the stun.
Invisibility
Your voidling becomes invisible as enemies can no longer target you.
Marked
Marked enemies will interact with specific perks that trigger bonus effects.
Fear
Enemies will run away and avoid your voidling.
Float
Enemies will temporarily float in the air before falling to take damage.
Armor Reduction
Reduces the armor of enemies and makes them susceptible to bigger damage.
All Elemental status effects in Voidling Bound
Your voidlings can also trigger certain elemental status effects upon enemies with their attacks.
- Bleed: Inflict stacs of Neutral damage over time.
- Poison: Inflict stacks of Organic damage over time.
- Burn: Inflict stacks of Pyro damage over time.
- Frostbite: Inflict stacks of Cryon damage over time.
- Disintegrate: Apply stacks of Disintegrate. Whenever the stacks go beyond five, it will trigger Plasma overflow, causing the enemy to take damage.
- Static: Inflict stacks of Static. The enemy will receive massive Cyber damage once the stacks go past five.
