Select Catwoman and go to the roof. Then use your Call Kitty to control a cat, and then jump from the edge of the building.

Assassin

You have to perform 200 Stealth takedowns, which can be done by grinding the Chapter 1: Infiltration mission in a loop.

You have to play as Nightwing and find a group that has at least three different enemy types. Use the Rebound Bolt to bounce between all of them in the same throw.
