Throughout its long decade of operation, Dead by Daylight collaborated with just about every major horror figure out there, especially those coming from the slasher genre. However, one iconic character eluded the game since the beginning but is now finally coming. As confirmed at the conclusion of today’s stream, Dead by Daylight is finally collaborating with Jason Universe to bring the iconic ski mask and his trusty machete into the game. This coincides with the game’s 10th anniversary, which falls on June 14. I recently speculated about which killer BHVR should bring into DBD to celebrate this grand jubilee, and of course Jason was one of my picks. I would have loved to see Predator or even Pennywise (speculation about the latter is running rampant on the game’s subreddit), but this is more than great.
