Le Mans Ultimate & GMR launch Sim-to-Sim Challenge

During launch week (31st March - 7th April) - the Genesis GMR-001 Hypercar will be the highlight of the ‘GMR Sim to Sim’ competition hosted as a Silver Daily Race online in Le Mans Ultimate online. The 45 min race around Spa-Francorchamps will be open to all Silver DR players and test the players knowledge of strategy, tyre and fuel wear with mixed conditions!

The lucky 5 fastest times on the overall leaderboard will win an expenses paid visit Genesis Magma Racing’s workshop at Le Castellet, France, to see where the team prepare the cars for the WEC season and also experience a session in the team’s F1-bred Dynisma simulator.

The competition is open to everyone who takes part in the “GMR Sim to Sim” online races. Participants who register, take to the start and set a valid lap time will be entered into the competition leaderboard - available to view in game. Participants must also ensure they have opted in to marketing preferences on their profile to be considered for the competition to enable contact from the Le Mans Ultimate team regarding the potential prize win.

This contains all the rules related to the GMR Sim to Sim competition. This page is up to date as of  31/03/2026. If necessary, this might be edited/modified, and the latest version will replace the older one. Any changes will be flagged in the change log address in bold above.

1. Overview

The GMR Sim to Sim competition will run between the 31st March - 7th April 2026 on Le Mans Ultimate.

2. Competition structure

• The Competition will run as an Intermediate Daily Race - all day with races every 40 mins

• Car: Genesis GMR-001 Hypercar (base game)

• Track: Circuit Spa-Francorchamps (base game)

• Entry Requirement – Silver 0

• Setup: Fixed, low assist

• Timetable:
  Practice – 2 Minutes

• Qualifying – 7 Minutes

• Race – 45 Minutes

3. Entry conditions and requirements

• Participants must be 18+ to be eligable for the competition. Proof of age will be requested.

• All competitors who register and take to the start of the race will be considered as a ‘participant’ and be considered for the competition prizes and unique offer.

• Only those who have opted in and selected marketing preferences will be legible to be considered for the competition prizes. This is done by…

• Participation in multiple events over the week is permitted.

• The prize cannot be resold, amended or exchanged.

• Prizing & competitor expenses will be covered and are the responsibility of Genesis Magma Racing.

4. Prizes

• There is 5 x winners from competition

• The lucky 5 fastest times on the overall leaderboard will win an expenses paid visit Genesis Magma Racing’s workshop at Le Castellet, France, to see where the team prepare the cars for the WEC season and also experience a session in the team’s F1-bred Dynisma simulator.

• The drivers at the top of the overall leaderboard after the final race will be declared the winners.

• Le Mans Ultimate will contact the winners in the week following the race via email. Participant names may also be announced on social media following the email.

• Winners must respond to the email within three working days following the email time send. Failing to reply will result in the place being passed onto another competitor

5. Sporting conduct

Registering an online Le Mans Ultimate RaceControl account, competitors agree to comply with the Competition Rules when competing in Online competition.

6. General conducts

6.1  All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the organizers (and any of its affiliates), press, attendees, and other participants and comply with all applicable law and regulation at all times.

6.2 Participants shall not engage in conduct which the organizers deem to be harmful to the business, reputation or relationships of an individual or of their partners.

6.3  Participants must be respectful of the staff involved in the tournament organizers, sponsors, and/or partners at all times. Participants must not use obscene gestures, language, or offensive comments, including:

6.4  Drivers and/or competitors posting negative, disruptive and brand damaging content on social media about the organisers, the game and their partners in general and/or any other participant, including but not limited to images and videos of game faults, may result in the participant (accordingly) being withdrawn from the Competition. Positive and engaging content is highly encouraged.

7. Rights of use

7.1 Personal data might be shared for internal communication and external communication on social media related to the competition as mentioned in section 3.2. Link to full privacy policy

7.2 All information collected during the competition are registered in a data base by the administration. Those data are only collected for the administration of the competition and the communication around it.

7.2 Personal data is registered by the administration and can be communicated only internally to the organizers for the administration of the competition, in regards of the GDPR rules.
