We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.Please refer to the details below for more information. ※ Last Updated: March 23, 2026 (Mon)✦ Known Issues- An intermittent issue where login may not proceed properly (Added on March 23) - An issue where the member count of a Knighthood set to ‘Approval Required’ is displayed higher than the actual number of members (Added on March 23)* This is a display issue only and does not exceed the actual maximum number of members allowed. - An issue where game progress may become impossible after a hero dies in certain situations (Added on March 22)* If you are unable to continue gameplay, please contact the Customer Support. - Joining a party may fail due to intermittent network instability. (Added on March 18)* This issue will be addressed in a future update. - Some materials for ‘Spell Bead: Earth’ and ‘Spell Bead: Holy’ are registered incorrectly in the Workbench, with the materials reversed. (Added on March 16)* The materials will be corrected in a future update: ‘Spell Bead: Earth’ will require Topaz, and ‘Spell Bead: Holy’ will require Opal. - Characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground. (Added on March 16)* If this occurs, please use the Escape button or restart the game and reconnect. - The ‘Liones Supply Cart’ bundle can be repurchased on the PlayStation Store website before the repurchase period becomes available, and the item is not delivered. (Added on March 16)* If you have purchased the bundle multiple times and did not receive the item, please contact the Customer Support. - The ‘Memory of Stars’ can be purchased again as a first-time purchase on the PlayStation Store website even after it has already been purchased for the first time in the in-game shop, and the item is not delivered. (Added on March 16)* If you have purchased the bundle multiple times and did not receive the item, please contact the Customer Support. - An error may occur when launching the game on PlayStation®5 without installing the latest update. (Added on March 16)* Unexpected errors may occur if the update is not installed, so please make sure to update the game before launching it. ✦ Resolved Issues- An issue where sound may not play properly in certain situations (Resolved on March 22) - In-game ‘Controller’ shortcut settings reset when reconnecting to the game after configuring them on PlayStation®5. (Resolved on March 22) - Shortcut settings in the Preferences menu may appear to be reset when reconnecting to the game after configuring ‘Keyboard/Mouse’ and ‘Controller’ shortcuts on PC. (Resolved on March 22) - Game progress may become impossible if the player dies during the ‘Orgot’ boss challenge and the encounter does not reset. (Resolved on March 22) - The remaining time for the \[Exclusive Skin - Sacred Treasure: Demon Sword Lostvayne] banner is currently displayed as April 7 (Tue) 15:00 (UTC). (Resolved on March 22) - The character switch key is not recognized properly during the tutorial. (Resolved on March 22) - A purple screen may appear during gameplay, preventing further progress. (Resolved on March 20) - The Cooldown Reduction effect of skills that apply Cooldown Reduction during the Burst state does not activate.
